The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"Расположение - в самом центре города. После получения карточки (через ресепшен или автомат) гость совершенно автономен. Все двери открываются картой. Дизайн помещения. Обстановка бюджетная, но вполне достаточна."

Размер номера - 8 КВ м. Туалет с душем в номере, но так как этот закуток не отделен стенкой от пола до потолка - то все звуки и запахи идут в комнату. (Спасает то, что на этаже ещё есть общие души и туалеты).

Не было одноразовых тапочек в номере, из-за этого у меня все время мерзли ноги и я немного заболела из-за холодного пола. Я ожидала что в номере люксе будут одноразовые тапочки. Потому что обычно в отелях они есть в номере. Ещё мне бы хотелось видеть какие нибудь предложения экскурсий, турагенств и гидов прямо из отеля, поездки или туристические маршруты, я бы хотела куда нибудь съездить, но не смогла найти ничего самостоятельно потому что я не говорю на французском. Но это просто пожелание. Также я не смогла найти их сайт или контакт в интернете, чтобы забронировать или связаться с отелем напрямую.

Paying was not straight forward, primarily because they play with exchange rates to make a little extra money so that even their staff can get confused.

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"We have enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, bar, pool, outdoor facilities. During our stay, we appreciated the quality of services and reception by the staff."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"отель новый и чистый, вкусный (насколько это применимо к Боснии) завтрак. были даже арбузы и дыни. при заселении в номере уже работал кондиционер ( это прям огромный плюс. обычно заселяешься в душный номер и остужаешь его целый день)"

лежаки на пляже платные (шесть по-моему евро); на двуспальной кровати было два односпальных матраса и конечно каждую ночь они разъезжались. это неудобно.

"Отличный пляж. У остальных отелей в Нунгви выход к пляжу не самый лучший. У отеля My Blue отличный выход к океану, не сильно ощущается отлив. Во время отлива нужны аквашузы, тк есть ежи, в прилив аквашузы не нужны. На дне встречаются морские звезды. Место проведения завтраков на берегу, завтраки очень изобильные и классные. Персонал приветливый. У лежаков есть бассейн, они бесплатные. Полотенца выдают бесплатно. От лежаков до пляжа 1 секунда. У бассейна есть душ. WiFi стабилен даже в номере. Территория отеля ухоженная и зеленая, есть садовники. Уборка номеров ежедневная. В номерах бывают комары: берите фумигаторы. Отель классный"

При выезде считают траты, в чек было включено то, что мы не заказывали. Проверяйте чек. У номеров слабая шумоизоляция, НО во всех отелях на Занзибаре такая изоляция

Только ковровое покрытие в номере было изношеным. Но это не мешало хорошему пребыванию!

"Очень хорошее место для ночевки с бесплатной парковкой, что почти невероятно в Сан Марино. Номер был уютный и чистый. И еще мы великолепно поужинали в отеле: пицца и пиво были восхитительны! Виды из окна на долины были волшебные! Отель очень удобен для путешественников на машине! Спасибо хозяевам, они отлично встречают постояльцев и заботятся о них. Рекомендую!"

В отеле всё продумано и главное не ухудшать этот уровень.

"Местоположение идеальное (ездили в Брюгге и Бланкенберге с вокзала, на выходных минус 50% на ЖД билеты), каждый раз останавливаемся здесь. Тишина и отличный матрас - сон крепкий и чудесный. Персонал отзывчивый - помогает со всеми просьбами."

Не хватает ложки для обуви в номере. Было бы неплохо обновить ремонт в отеле. Но в целом мы довольны тишиной и тем, что отель находится около вокзала сразу.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

В начале были проблемы с двухместной кроватью. Считаю, что раз есть выбор, то выполнение пожелания гостей должно быть обязательным, а не опциональным для отеля. Вай-фай оставляет желать лучшего.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Отель хорошо расположен. Внутри все стильно, красиво. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Номер красивый, чистый, комфортный, кровать очень удобная. Есть все для приготовления чая и кофе (хотя сам кофе ужасный). Есть косметика для душа. Красивый вид из окна, и окно открывается. Заказывали еду в номер - было вкусно."

Весь отель насквозь прокурен, просто при входе в лобби вы погружаетесь в вонь прокуренных ковров. Эта же вонь в коридорах на этажах, на завтраке, периодиски в ванной у нас тоже воняло табаком (очевидно через вытяжку). Просила дать нам 2 отдельных одеяла, в сообщениях запрос подтвердили, но по факту не выполнили. Специально выбирали отель с крытым бассейном, чтоб проводить там время с ребенком в плохую погоду. В итоге смогли пробыть там менее получаса, т.к. в помещении бассейна очень холодно. Не говоря уже о том, что за полотенца для бассейна с нас попросили деньги. На завтраке вроде бы неплохой выбор, но по факту многое неприемлемого качества - ужасно черствые круасаны, пережаренная картошка, бумажные сосиски, безвкусные овощи. Плохой wifi, который часто отваливался. Приходилось пользоваться мобильным.

Экскурсии, которые предложил отель, в агентствах у центрального причала стоили в 2 раза дешевле. Например, разница $400 против $200 за экскурсию на Северный Сеймур - очень велика.
