"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

"A small hostel-style place. It's located on a fair distance to public transports, restaurants, shops, as well as the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We liked the style of the whole place. Unfortuneately, we had a bad experience one of the nights with another guest, but this had nothing to do with the hosts or the hostel itself, and the hosts were quick to act and made sure that guest had to leave the next day. The hosts even offered us to compensate us, even if the incident wasn't their fault at all. So a big thank you to host Layla and her husband!"

The area around the hostel can be considered a bit rough. Otherwise I have no complaints at all - as I said, the incident had nothing to do with the hostel itself and the host acted very professional to prevent it from happening again.

Единственный минус, не очень удобный диван в гостиной, маленький для четырех человек.

"Изысканный отель , всё продумано до мелочей, комнаты большие и просторные, вклученный в стоимость проживания спа комплекс с бассейном, джакузи, двумя саунами, солёной комнатой, спортзалом и выходом на улицу на снег из сауны. Завтраки вкусные, но для веганов особого выбора нет. Рядом с отелем супермаркет Макси. Персонал любезный . Мы были в январе 2025г. уже не в первый раз. Очень понравилось!"

Хорошо было бы , если бы была кухня в номере. Всё остальное - идеально!

"Апартаменты просторные и хорошо оснащены. 5 минут до пляжа. Рядом много ресторанов, магазины ,автобусная остановка. Очень красивая бухта."

Стандартный номер очень маленький, окно не открывается и выходит в шахту, если бы не поменяли на апартаменты , отпуск был бы испорчен. Современный красивый отель, но уборка и смена полотенец раз в 2-3 дня . Нет ни шампуня, ни кондиционера. Это не было проблемой - рядом магазины, просто неожиданно. Попросили депозит 100 евро. Неприятно, что тебе не доверяют.

"Чудесный очень с отличным руфтопом, вид на город очень впечатляет. Очень тихо, совсем не слышно шумного города. Кристально чистый бассейн. Отличная еда, все очень вкусно, и цены нормальные. Номера очень современные и чистые, горячий душ с хорошим напором. Удобная кровать, много подушек, все очень-очень чисто и красиво. И замечательный персонал, очень дружелюбный , помогали нам во всех вопросах. Качество значительно превосходит цену. Однозначно рекомендую! Редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае не могу остановиться ) мы будем с теплотой вспоминать волшебный ужин под звёздами с видом на ночной Лотос и прекрасных людей в отеле! Ayubovan!"

Жаль что мало времени провели в этом чудесном месте. Было очень хорошо!

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

В последний день моего проживания отключили вообще всю воду. Персонал, конечно же, позаботился о том, чтобы у гостей была питьевая и не питьевая вода, но «осадочек остался». Короткий завтрак - рано не позавтракаешь и рискуешь опоздать, если долго спишь. Тапочки плохого качества, очень быстро выходят из строя.

"Месторасположение - великолепное. До пляжа с шезлонгами отеля идти из номера ровно 15 секунд. Пляж мелкая галька. Комфортно и хорошо. Рядом улица с большим количеством магазинчиков и ресторанов. Номер небольшой, но уютный. У нас со второго этажа балкон выходил как раз на бассейн. Бассейн нормального размера, можно поплавать. В номере чисто. Кухня оборудована всем, кроме микроволновки. Нормальный набор посуды. Имеется своя парковка. Рядом с отелем - школа водных видов спорта. Можно поучиться виндсерфингу. В целом, очень хорошее место для спокойного отдыха."

Интернет очень плохой. Медленный и еле ловил в номере. На пляже не работал, хоть и был обещан сотрудниками.

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"It's located in a very nice place. 5-10 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. The hotel has very nice territory. The room is cosy and quite comfortable. It was very quiet, because we were at the end of the season and there were almost no people there. Very nice terrace. But you need to have something against mosquitoes (we bought in supermarket candles with citrone, which cost nothing and work very well)."

I was reading negative reviews about showers, but when I got there for the first time, I had almost claustrophobia, but to be honest, I also had worse. The water is hot and with strong flowing, so it's not so bad. I don't understand why we got so a lot of keys, special that half of them you don't use. Also, the kitchen has a very basic thing, but it was no sponge for washing dishes, only one knife, no grinder for cheese, and no vine glasses. Ventilation in the kitchen doesn't work. In the room was cold, while outside was warm, which would be nice in summer, but we were in October. So i was always cold inside in the evening and night. But you can't keep everything open, otherwise you will have a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the bed for me was not so comfortable. When my husband was moving, I almost had seasickness. The hotel has they own "parking", but to get there you need to go through some dump, you should to be very careful there, and sign for this place very small so easy to miss it, when just arrived.

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.
