"Хороший отель, замечательный персонал. Номер был маленький, но этого достаточно. Было все необходимое в номере: шампуни, чай и т.д. Отель расположен в идеальном месте. Был хороший завтрак."

"Непонятно было, что с отоплением. Батарея работала только ночью и периодами, как будто каждый час отключалась. Когда отключалась, то номер остывал быстро, становилось холодно. Если бы наладили отопление, вообще все супер было бы."

"Расположение: начало пешеходной зоны. С такси идти метров 10, толпы туристов здесь нет. С одной стороны кафе с буфетом и ресторан, с другой-бар с приятной, не громкой музыкой. Рядом остановка трамвая, латинский мост. Завтрак: есть все необходимое. Персонал очень заботиться, чтобы всем все подходило, каждый нашёл что поесть. Омлет, яичница, сосиски, нарезка, оливки, каша-минутка несколько вкусов, булочки, масло... Вкусный чай) Персонал: очень гостеприимные! Номер: этаж-мансарда, поэтому в части номера низкий потолок. Есть все необходимое, кровати-облачко . Мягкий матрац обвалакивает ) Уборка: пожалуй, единственное слабое место. По-сути, мусор только выбрасывают и раз в дня 3 меняют постельное. Нам было критично только мусор, дома постельное/полотенца тоже же не каждый день меняем."

"What a superb hotel. 2 mins walk from the Franz Ferdinand assassination spot. In the heart of the old town, and very close to the new town. Super clean with clean towels daily. The lady who works there was also amazing, and she couldn't do enough for us. Nice continental breaky, there is nothing not to like ,especially for the price. Highly recommend."

"First of all, the lady that works at reception was amazing - always friendly, helpful and cheerful. She was there every morning ing and every night - clearly a very hard worker. The hotel was great. Location was perfect and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of food and drink. I was on the second floor overlooking the street so wondered if things might be a bit noisy when trying to get to sleep - no problem though as I couldn’t hear anything and got a good nights sleep each night I was there. The WiFi was fast, shower worked really well and I was able to store my luggage on the last day until about 6pm. Very impressed with this hotel and would use again."

"The location of the hotel is in the heart of the Baščaršija on a street very lively but very quiet during the night. The room wasn't big but I was travelling on my own so was just perfect and very clean. The staff were super helpful and polite and the breakfast was absolutely satisfying. Great stay."
