"Does what it says on the tin - this place is great value and very livable. Staff super friendly and the room was clean. Good locations, easy to walk into town and everything you want to get to. Free water dispenser provided and always someone on reception."

The beds aren't the most comfortable, same with the pillows. We booked two rooms and one of them was definitely better. One of the lights didn't work in the bathroom and there was no hot water. Also, I put the do not disturb sign on our room and the maids came in every day...

Better information about breakfast availability. Any consideration for early arrivals. The metal ring I the bottom of the wash hand basin in room was dull. When rubbed with a cloth dirt came off and metal was brighter. Metal ring was dirty and needs to be cleaned each time the sink is cleaned.

"Отличная закрытая охраняемая территория. Бассейн с чистой водой. Столики и шезлонги у бассейна. В самые жаркие дни можно найти тень, за счёт архитектуры здания. Дети могут спокойно гулять на территории, бассейн огорожен забором. Есть зелень на территории. Птицы поют."

Всё было отлично, так что данный пункт уберу. Даже завтраки были интересные. Спасибо персоналу, отличная команда. Из грусти только то, что в спорт зал нельзя с детьми. Моя 8 летняя спортсменка очень была расстроена этим моментом.

The counter’s tiles on my room give me an uncomfortable time working on my computer. I would have appreciated having a special area where to place my computer accessories.
