"Peaceful location with a beautiful garden, spacious and comfortable rooms and very amazing hosts. They gave us tea and a bottle of their fantastic homemade lavender shampoo made from herbes harvested in the garden. It is a sustainable little paradise."

The window on the ceiling let in a little too much light, but this is only a problem on the bed below it (and it heats up the room very well during the day - which is crucial due to the cold nights).

Расположение немного отдалено от центра Хиккадувы, но именно в этом и есть его прелесть: тишина, покой и умиротворение. До пляжа идти недалеко, поэтому место отлично подойдёт для спокойного отдыха. Проживание здесь оказалось замечательным: это тихий сад вдали от суеты, но главное достоинство места — его хозяева, Санджи и его добрая жена, которым можно полностью доверять. Я останавливался у них не впервые и уверен в их надёжности: будь то помощь в экстренной ситуации, совет по любому вопросу или просто душевное общение, они всегда выручат от души, а не из меркантильных побуждений. Завтраки вкусные и по-домашнему заботливые, а доверие к людям здесь — редкая ценность для Шри-Ланки. Это место, где можно чувствовать себя в полной безопасности и с удовольствием возвращаться снова."

Честно говоря, никаких минусов не нашел — всё было на высоте. В плане проживания нареканий не возникло, всё прошло отлично.

"From the airport, it’s a 20-minute drive. GPS may show that you arrive a little earlier, but once you enter the correct alley, drive a few meters further. You will need the gate to enter the villa — it’s right opposite the trees. You will see it. The town of Houmt Souk is 7–10 minutes away by car, which is very convenient if you value peace, comfort, and coziness, while still being close to the city. Having a car or using taxis is essential for your convenience. At the villa, you will hear birds singing, and there are many authentic national elements. There is a private yard, and you can also park your car on the property. If it’s cool or hot, you can turn on the air conditioners. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms, a washing machine, and good hot-water pressure. Comfortable and self-sufficient. The polite and attentive host will guide you and help you with anything you need."

"It was a pleasant stay. We all enjoyed alot. Yasir the manager was very helpful and accommodating of our requests. Watchman was also very polite and helpful. Shops nearby. Beach was superb! Private Pool was clean and enjoyable for kids and adults alike. Overall we had a great time."

"everything about this property was amazing the communal kitchen bathroom and pods were all amazing nice and clean accessible for a wheelchair, right across from beach an 15 minute walk from the shops. thought about everything had a list of taxis, little part of reception with toys for kids, can make cup of tea at reception after you check out if your waiting for ferry or plane. also the women at reception was so lovely and once we called answered straight away to help with our questions. was so lovely to be able to go into the water in the beach and run up to the sauna."

"Het was een prachtig appartement met een adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen en zee. Alles wat we nodig hadden was al in het appartement. Zelfs zeep om een wasje te doen. Ocean was super behulpzaam met alles wat wilde weten. Absolute aanrader. Wij gaan sowieso terug komen!"

"The resort was perfect for the price, had everything you could need."

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

The view is stunning, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I left feeling completely recharged. Can’t wait to come back! "Simba camp is an amazing place to stay, especially if you want to experience the local culture and see wildlife. The chef cooked delicious food and even went out of his way to cater to my son's fussy eating. The highlights were definitely the morning and evening walks with Kwenia to see the wildlife and learn about the bush, the school and village visits, and beading with the local women. A very memorable experience."

Неудобно добираться без автомобиля. Последний автобус от железнодорожного вокзала в 18.55. Рано утром нет общественного транспорта, пришлось заказывать такси. Также не понравилось отсутствие чайника и посуды на общей кухне
