The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

Есть большой спортзал, в нем все необходимые тренажёры. Рум сервис хороший, но как по мне дороговато . Завтрак хороший , но если вы более 3х дней , то он надоедает."

Разнообразие завтрака , 1 -3 дня все великолепно, но потом надоедает кушать одно и тоже.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Не понравился ресторан. На завтраках выбор неплохой, но всё холодное. На ужине понравилось одно блюдо, всё было на троечку. Если бы не ресторан Манана напротив отеля впечатления были бы совсем другие от отеля. Букинг обещал бесплатный трансфер от и до аэропорта в оферте, но это оказалось вранье. Никто не встретил и на отлëте все пропали, на мои письма никто не реагировал. Поэтому цена на Букинге выше чем у других агрегаторов. В следующий раз сто раз подумаю. Спасибо

"Friendly staff, good service, clean and close to the airport."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"отличная локация, тихое место, со своим пляжем, с шикарным видом из окна. есть парковка. отличные завтраки. есть удобный общественный транспорт в старый город, до которого ехать минут 10, можно было даже не двигать машину с парковки. Дубровник немного игрушечный, приятный город. очень красивое море, жалко, что погода не позволила в нем искупаться. самые приятные впечатления, мы с удовольствием вернемся сюда еще."

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

"Our beach attendant, Tevin, looked after our needs endlessly. A pleasure to know him."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

Главная проблема - это локация. Она далеко от центра для путешествия пешком и главное, что на картах booking адрес неверный. Отель дальше от озера ещё на километр-полтора примерно. Если ваше путешествие не подразумевает самостоятельной пешеходной прогулки по городу, то проблем в локации нет. Также комментарий, что хозяин отеля может отвечать через 3-4 часа, поэтому о трансфере или каких-то других вопросах предупредите заранее

"Расположение вблизи от центра и вокзалов. Отличные завтраки («шведский стол»), тепло, все удобства, чайник в номере. Мы так поняли, что нам повысили категорию номера бесплатно, спасибо!"

В начале были проблемы с двухместной кроватью. Считаю, что раз есть выбор, то выполнение пожелания гостей должно быть обязательным, а не опциональным для отеля. Вай-фай оставляет желать лучшего.

Не понравилось,что за хороший кофе надо было платить отдельно. На завтраке ограниченный выбор блюд. К сожалению, купаться в лагуне было совсем не комфортно, очень мелко и на дне много чёрных молюсков,на которые было страшно наступать

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

Не проводят уборку каждый день. Даже мусор не забирают. В отеле ничего нельзя купить: ни воды, ни каких-либо снеков.

La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

"Расположение в историческом здании на тихой улице, удобный большой номер, национальный колорит. Вкусные завтраки, матрас с подогревом - это вообще супер-вещь ближе к зиме. Также был и обогреватель в комнате, и все остальное, что должно быть. Все очень чисто и ухожено. Приветливый персонал."

Немного слишком эко-френдли. Чайник-то можно было бы в комнате поставить. Но его не было. Лифта тоже нет, это надо иметь в виду.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.
