"Мне все понравилось, территория, пляж, чисто, я бы вернулась в этот отель обязательно! Наше пребывание выпало на середину недели, и в отели было мало народу, было шикарно! Пальмы, тишина. Ресторан отличный!"

Единственный момент, который мне не понравился, это то, что отель взимает плату с каждого туриста - туристический налог. Я жила в бунгало одна, но с меня взяли плату за 2 человека! И вероятно, это ошибка букинга, а не отеля, так как букинг указал что в бунгало живет 2 туриста, хотя я бронировала одноместное размещение. Конечно, это всего 5 евро...)) но это не приятно.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Peaceful Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Ramgarh Lodge. The breakfast was absolutely excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a lovely variety each morning. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Ramgarh Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"Очень красиво расположен на холме, номера с видом на лес, и не просто лес, а национальный парк Дилижана. Он большой и весьма зелёный, летом должно быть невероятно. Вкусный завтрак, ещё более вкусный обед. Салатики, закуски, горячее, от всего был в полном восторге. Свежие фрукты тоже. На выбор два блюда, два супа, два салата, то что нужно чтобы не создавать излишнего продуктового мусора, всё вкусное. Номера просторные, огромные как и само фойе ресторана. Бассейн с тёплой водой и удобным входом, плюс не слишком глубокий, нет места где взрослый человек тонет, а значит удобнее следить за детьми. Удобная раздевалка. Очень обширное и интересное меню при заказе в номер."

В номере не хватало ещё пары розеток у кровати чтобы заряжать гаджеты. Лифт расположен между этажами - это не критично для меня, но может быть важно для людей ограниченной мобильности. Сейчас не сезон поэтому пианобар не работал. Пешком до центра может быть далековато, но рядом есть отличный винный бар в пешей доступности. Местами имеет смысл подкрасить-подмазать-обработать от ржавчины, но без жести. В целом жалобы все не критичные.

"Один из немногих приличных отелей в Шимони. Очень стильно, по-суахильски, много картин и скульптур. Прекрасный вид на океан и остров Васини. Хороший санузел, кондиционер, удобная мебель. Чистый бассейн. Очень тихо, зелено и красиво, бегают мартышки. Отель старый, идёт вялотекущий ремонт, но не раздражает. Персонал очень приветливый, хорошие завтраки и бар. На Васини красивые баобабы, парк мангровых деревьев и кораллов. Морской парк - единственное место в Диани, где можно посноркать, лучше брать частный тур - можно заехать на маленькие острова."

Единственный огромный баобаб на территории превратили в помойку. Ресторан невкусный и ооочень медленный, как и большинство в Шимони и на Васини. Лучше всего готовят в маленьких кафе. В морском парке нас обманули - мы заплатили онлайн через Еситизен, но "деньги не пришли", заплатили ещё раз на месте налом 7000 (хотя там вообще непонятно за что платить - океан общий, никаких заборов и проверок нет, лодка стОит отдельно). Через день "деньги пришли" и нам прислали билеты. Мы попросили возврат у KWS, но нам ответили, что кто-то использовал наши билеты через 4дня (!) после указанной на них даты. Жулики. Вообще нужно везде и долго торговаться и отбиваться от попрошаек, что очень раздражает. Кроме пещеры рабов смотреть нечего, но это 10 минут.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

"Очень дружелюбный персонал, всегда с улыбкой, стараются помочь если к ним обращаешься и в целом всегда уточняют все ли хорошо и нравился ли нам отдых. Очень чисто, уборка приходила стабильно 2 раза в день, всегда есть вода в номере и свежие полотенца. Небольшой, но хороший спортзал. Еда в ресторане Nomad - супер, большой выбор, каждый вечер разная тематика (морепродукты, маврикийская еда, индийская, арабская, итальянская). Так же за время пребывания в отеле мы ездили на снорклинг и научились кататься на водных лыжах!"

Иногда протекала вода под душевой дверью в ванную комнату, но за счет частой уборки я в этом проблемы не вижу:)

70 евро за ночь в месте, куда можно добраться только на машине и нечего смотреть, лично для меня дорого

"Атмосфера, персонал, вид из окна нашего номера, отношение к гостям, питание, бассейн. В отеле думают о комфорте гостей. Тапочки и халаты в номере, в халате удобно ходить в бассейн, сейф, розетки разных стандартов, не надо привозить с собой переходник. Близко паром на соседний остров, там можно сесть в красный двухэтажный автобус и совершить 2х часовое путешествие по острову. Напротив выхода из аэропорта остановка прямого автобуса ТD1, который привезёт к отелю, выходить на остановке Ахраш. Цена 3.50 евро. В пути 1.5 часа. Отель находится в очень красивом месте."

Далековато от аэропорта, тусклый свет в ванной комнате, пора постирать шторы и занавески в номере.

"Если вы отдыхаете с детьми, то им здесь точно будет чем заняться. Большие бассейны, всевозможные игры, пенные вечеринки. Прекрасный персонал. В отеле несколько корпусов, корпус 2 без балконов, учитывайте при бронировании. Хорошая зеленая территория, номера большие, белье и полотенца свежие. В отеле есть пляж, песок там вулканический и почти черный, купаться можно, не глубоко. В наш приезд не было волн и народ купался. Океан очень теплый. Шведский стол не богатый, но есть из чего выбрать."

Наш номер был весьма старый, очень шумный кондиционер, который включался автоматически. Еда средняя, не плохо, но и сказать что отлично не могу.

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"The villa had great privacy, beautiful landscaping, a good layout for our group. It was well-equipped with essentials for cooking/serving. The salt pool was perfect for cooling off after a hike. It was just big enough and always seemed to be at the right temperature. We were delighted by fireflies, tree frogs, bats, local birds, and even a shy ginger cat that wandered past once or twice."

THE ROAD- while we expected a rough access road from reading previous reviews, the construction during our stay detoured us through the banana plantation over an intolerably (for anyone with neck/back problems) rough track that was 4x longer. While the ocean (not a swimming beach) is close enough to hear, there is not much view. It is a peek from one corner of the pool deck, and the upper bedroom. But again, wonderful privacy. Also of note- there are no bug screens on the windows. It was perhaps an assumption on our part with the newer construction, but the mosquitoes did cause some distress, especially for one member of our group. Bring bug spray, After-Bite (anti-itch), and Benadryl if you are prone to reactions.

Очень жаль что детям нельзя в сауну( На завтрак один салат был кислым и не свежим,в этом конечно минус, сама по себе еда вкусная но все же нужно бдить. Талон для парковки не всегда срабатывает,уже 2 ой раз в этом отеле и 2ой раз такая ситуация что ты не можешь выехать и нужно идти на ресепшен где недовольная девушка думает что у тебя руки не из того места и ты не знаешь куда нужно протягивать талон. Девушки не всегда милые, а вот парни молодцы,с ними приятно разговаривать,пожалуйста возьмите это на заметку

The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, this is definitely it."

Персонал, хоть и очень воспитанный но абсолютно не знает Английского, сложно коммуницировать Около бассейнов работал только один бар

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated
