"Отель хорошо расположен. Внутри все стильно, красиво. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Номер красивый, чистый, комфортный, кровать очень удобная. Есть все для приготовления чая и кофе (хотя сам кофе ужасный). Есть косметика для душа. Красивый вид из окна, и окно открывается. Заказывали еду в номер - было вкусно."

Весь отель насквозь прокурен, просто при входе в лобби вы погружаетесь в вонь прокуренных ковров. Эта же вонь в коридорах на этажах, на завтраке, периодиски в ванной у нас тоже воняло табаком (очевидно через вытяжку). Просила дать нам 2 отдельных одеяла, в сообщениях запрос подтвердили, но по факту не выполнили. Специально выбирали отель с крытым бассейном, чтоб проводить там время с ребенком в плохую погоду. В итоге смогли пробыть там менее получаса, т.к. в помещении бассейна очень холодно. Не говоря уже о том, что за полотенца для бассейна с нас попросили деньги. На завтраке вроде бы неплохой выбор, но по факту многое неприемлемого качества - ужасно черствые круасаны, пережаренная картошка, бумажные сосиски, безвкусные овощи. Плохой wifi, который часто отваливался. Приходилось пользоваться мобильным.

Выбирали отель в основном из-за отзывов о работе Wi-Fi. Бесплатный, работал медленно. Я бы сказал на 5 баллов из 10. В других отелях по отзывам было не лучше. Казино - твердая 2 по 5 бальной системе (могу сравнивать, побывал в казино). Накурено, автоматы принимают то монеты, то купюры. Посетители ходят со стаканами с монетами по игровому залу

"В целом, все было хорошо. Отель находится прям напротив вокзала. Старый город в пешей доступности. Рядом полно магазинов. Мне дали номер на одного, одиночная кровать, номер совсем малюсенький, в номере был чайник, чай кофе, сахар. В туалете много полотенец."

Время работы бассейна неудобное. Надо, чтобы бассейн начинал работать с 06.00 и заканчивал в 21.00.

The WiFi does not work!

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"Наверное, единственный отель на Соломоновых островах с таким сервисом. Работники доброжелательные. Территория большая, ухоженная, охраняемая. Окна номера выходили на океан. С вай-фай есть немного недоработка, можно присоединить по умолчанию только два устройства, но при обращении в администрацию, они добавляют количество устройств. При отеле есть ресторан и бар. Бар с видом на океан. Ресторан работает до поздна, можно никуда не выходить, если надо поесть. Видно, что работники отеля стараются."

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

The room is quite old and small.

"Местоположение идеальное (ездили в Брюгге и Бланкенберге с вокзала, на выходных минус 50% на ЖД билеты), каждый раз останавливаемся здесь. Тишина и отличный матрас - сон крепкий и чудесный. Персонал отзывчивый - помогает со всеми просьбами."

Не хватает ложки для обуви в номере. Было бы неплохо обновить ремонт в отеле. Но в целом мы довольны тишиной и тем, что отель находится около вокзала сразу.

Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

Внутренний дворик с пальмами и другими растениями, в том числе вечнозелёными"

Paying was not straight forward, primarily because they play with exchange rates to make a little extra money so that even their staff can get confused.
