"Отель расположен в самом центре города. Имеется частная парковка. Завтрак с возможностью расположиться на солнечной террасе в хорошую погоду. Сам отель небольшой и поэтому тихий."

При достаточно просторном номере оказалось довольно тесноватая ванная комната. Но это пожалуй единственный недостаток, который не испортил общего впечатления об отеле.

Окна номера выходили на двор, где резали тушку животного. Окна грязные. Горячая вода еле текла. Завтраки невкусные.

"Location was good, the rest of the accommodation was of a very poor standard."

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.

The room could have been bigger and the washroom/wet room was quite small !!

"отель состоит из нескольких старинных зданий 17 века, есть очень уютный внутренний дворик. очень милые управляющие, которые провели экскурсию по отелю и разрешили самим выбрать номера. вкусный завтрак. У отеля нет частной парковки, однако есть бесплатная парковка прямо у отеля, вы можете там оставить автомобиль. В отеле действует комендантский час и двери закрыты после 8 вечера, однако вместе с ключом от номера вы получите ключи от двери в отель, поэтому можно спокойно передвигаться даже ночью"

в номере довольно холодно, из-за того, что здание старое, батареи работают не очень хорошо

"Хороший комплекс с потрясающим видом на океан и красивым садом. Тихое и уютное место, гостеприимные люди. Есть горячая вода, небольшая кухня, простой, но сытный завтрак. Зарядить гаджеты можно на улице. Совет: не оставляйте ценные вещи без присмотра."

"Это не отель, а дворец князей, по ощущениям. По началу на ресепшене ты видишь просто уютный красивый холл отеля. Но когда заходишь на второй этаж, то удивляешься, насколько огромное помещение там. Потолки и там, и в номерах метров 5-6, наверное. Пространство огромное. И если номера с двумя отдельными кроватями были обычного размера, то номер с одной большой кроватью был просто огромен. Но из-за этого переживал, что будет холодно. Но очень вежливая и приятная девушка с ресепшена по просьбе принесла второе одеяло. И с включенным кондиционером спалось очееень хорошо. Кровать очень удобная и одеяла прям приятные."

Не минусы, но нюансы. На второй этаж по длинным ступенькам надо нести чемоданы в руках. В огромном номере с одной кроватью, - некуда ложить вещи, кроме как на кресла и журнальный столик. В душе не продумано, куда ты будешь ставить флакончик с гелем и шампунем, только на пол. Завтрак у них континентальный, и если вы все кушаете, то проблем ноль. Там очень разнообразно, вкусно и красиво. Но для вегана там только немного овощей, и хлеб с вареньем.

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

"Просто отличный отель, исторический, идеальное расположение. Проживание в пещерных номерах. В номере была одна розетка, но нам дали удлинитель, поэтому проблем с зарядкой не возникло. На ресепшен есть Wi-Fi, в номере не ловит. Супер работники на ресепшен и в ресторане. Самая вкусная еда в поездке по Тунису, местные блюда. Ужин стоит 12 дирхам на человека и включает в себя суп, бифштекс с картофелем фри и рисом, овощной салат, пирожки с мясом и яйцом. Все было очень вкусно. Можно заказать пиво/чай."

Туалет и душ в отдельном помещении. Душ просто шторка, заходи кто хочет. Мы ходили по двое, чтобы принять душ (один моется, второй на стороже)

Restaurant prices

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room.

На завтрак забыли подать яйца. Пришлось просить. В номере нет питьевой воды.

"Отель понравился . Рекомендую! Местоположение : территория этой части острова только застраивается , поэтому нет скученности . Парковка бесплатная рядом. Отличный номер с видом на море и с джакузи на балконе (не пользовались правда , было прохладно , сильный ветер ). Отличный качественный завтрак по меню . Но меня приятно поразил хозяин отеля . Он очень внимателен и приветлив . Знает всех постояльцев и со всеми общается , узнает как у них дела и какие есть проблемы . По приезду были немного расстроены , тк перед отелем (нашими окнами ) работала строительная техника , но нам сказали при заселении , что вечером все закончат , так и случилось . После дороги с о.Гозо решили пообедать в ресторане отеля и были приятно удивлены , что при не большой загрузке на тот момент ресторана , еда была на самом высшем уровне . И как бонус за неудобства хозяин лично запрезентовал нам бутылку шампанского . 👏🏻"

Мало времени провели в этом отеле;) (но это замечание больше ко мне ;))

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

The size of the room was a little cramped.

"Excellent hotel with traditional charm (unlike those non-descript modern hotels that look the same all over the world). Very welcoming and helpful staff. Nicely furnished and clean room, new bathroom. All in all highly recommended."

"We loved the quiet scenic location and the beautiful, elegant new resort with top tier facilities. Felt pampered by the staff and enjoyed the best massage. The resort provide free shuttle into Koror morning and afternoon, which is ideal for divers heading to the rock island dive sites. Loved the huge wall of windows showing us the turquoise kingfishers and long tailed white tropic birds."

Resort is tailored to Asian touists with a lack of English instructions on remotes, etc, but staff were super helpful.

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.
