If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"Отель полностью соответствует соотношению цена-качество. Не самый комфортный, не самый чистый, завтрак далеко не самый разнообразный. Лежаков возле бассейна катастрофически не хватает. Но вспоминая цену, которую заплатил за проживание, все кажется очень даже неплохим. Как говорится, бедненько, но чистенько."

Чистота штор, кто-то вытирал пальцы об шторы неоднократно, не помешало бы их постирать.

"The location is the best. Easy access when arriving at Lac Rose. Most activities are located right in front of the hotel (horse/camel riding, quad rental to ride in the sand dunes, etc). The hotel is literally on the lake, with the terrasse and dining area built over the water."

Some items on the menu tasted like they were not fresh. The AC in the room was a bit underperforming and noisy. The lock on the glass door going to the balcony was broken and could not be locked.

Персонал, хоть и очень воспитанный но абсолютно не знает Английского, сложно коммуницировать Около бассейнов работал только один бар

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"Отель находится в живописном месте !Очень красивая природа !Комфорт,цена ,качество на высшем уровне!Очень достойный завтра (был выключен в стоимость проживания ).Единственное ,что я думала бассейн не входит в стоимость ,оказалось посещение бассейна тоже входило в стоимость нашего проживания )Не удалось нам посетить бассейн!(это моя ошибка не дочитала условия проживания ),персонал при заселении сразу рассказал ,что мы можем посетить бесплатно !В следующий раз я буду готова. Возьмем с собой принадлежности для плаванья и с удовольствием посетим !"

"Я путешественник со стажем и хочу сказать был очень удивлен Вашем отелем. Все было прекрасно, отличный номер, собственная территория с выходом на великолепный пляж. Кухня изумительна, персонал доброжелательный. Команда отеля помогла нам с супругой провести отдых. Вообщем придраться не к чему. Огромные слова благодарности. Жму руку. Удачи"

A little further from the main area of town but a nice walk.

"Очень живописная « деревенька» в стиле этно. На территории есть отдельно стоящие домики разного размера в старинном стиле и есть небольшой корпус отеля . Очень красивое ландшафтное оформление с прудиками, ручей есть даже внутри отдельно стоящего ресторана. В ресторане отличное обслуживание и вкусная еда. Есть очень красивый открытый бассейн, жаль что в это время года он не работает. Завтраки очень хорошие. На ресепшен очень приятные люди."

Складывается такое впечатление, что в объект вложено много средств, а сейчас на эксплуатацию их выделяется не совсем достаточно.

"Чистая ванна с зубной щеткой и пастой, тапочки, теплая мансарда с рабочим телевизором, чайником и чаем\кофе, бокалами для вина и вино в холодильнике(платное). Менеджер быстро нашла гида для экскурсии и столик в ресторане, хотя не бронировали заранее"

70 евро за ночь в месте, куда можно добраться только на машине и нечего смотреть, лично для меня дорого
