"Персонал: Ребята действительно стараются. Отдельная огромная благодарность Gajanan (Гаджанану) — его работа и отношение к гостям заслуживают высшей похвалы. Именно такие сотрудники вытягивают сервис на нужный уровень. Соотношение цена/качество: Мы брали номер категории «Люкс», и за ту цену, которую заплатили, это был абсолютно адекватный и оправданный вариант. Инфраструктура: На территории есть бассейн, что для этой локации большой плюс."
"Состояние фонда: Отелю и всей территории объективно требуется реновация. Общая усталость номерного фонда и инфраструктуры бросается в глаза. Итог: Придираться к чему-то, кроме общего износа, не хочется. С учетом того, что в Карваре практически нет конкуренции, это твердые 8 из 10. Если бы рядом были современные сетевые отели, оценка была бы ниже, но на текущий момент это один из лучших выборов в городе."
