"Хорошо оборудована кухня, номер просторный и теплый. Пребывание было спокойным и комфортным. Персонал приготовил всё к нашему приезду, мы самостоятельно заселились. Приезжали на регату, с окна был отличный обзор и очень красивый вид на горы. Рядом много ресторанов и супермаркет Spar. Возле Spar самый вкусный и недорогой ресторан."

"На втором этаже спал ребёнок, там очень сильно скрипит пол и кровать, это единственное неудобство которое было."

"Действительно прекрасное расположение, в тихом месте недалеко от Мальчезине. У нас был номер-студио с видом на озеро, с балконом. Балкон выходил на тихую улицу, мы спали с открытым окном и было комфортно, не шумно. Хороший чистый бассейн с лежаками. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, я готовила каждый день завтрак и ужин. До центра Мальчезине мы добирались пешком около 20-25 минут. В целом, все было хорошо, мы останавливались на неделю и было комфортно. Оказалось, что можно было делать барбекю на заднем дворе, о чем мы узнали в предпоследний день, так как невнимательно прочитали памятку об отеле, а так бы воспользовались этой возможностью."

"Многие писали насчет шумного холодильника, тут я плюсую, холодильник действительно ночью достаточно сильно шумит и приходилось выключать его на ночь. Еще немного разочаровал один момент, что мы путешествовали с ребенком 4-х лет и он спит с нами на одной кровати, дополнительная кровать нам не нужна. Я при бронировании указывала, что бронируем студию на 2 персоны. В правилах проживания отеля было сказано, что дети от 7 лет считаются взрослыми, в нашем случае нас попросили доплатить за четырехлетнего ребенка по 10 евро за каждый день. Сумма не большая, но в итоге я не поняла за что именно мы доплатили. Да, нам выдали комплект полотенец для ребенка, но больше каких-то экстра услуг не было. Во время этого путешествия мы останавливались еще в трех разных отелях, причем с включенным завтраком, и также бронь была на двоих взрослых, но нигде не нужно было доплачивать за то, что с нами в комнате еще находился ребенок."

"It was a great place to stay at! Close to the city Malcasine but with the perfect place to inhale the calm and the most beautiful view at Garda lake. A perfect walk a long the lake to Malcasine and close to the supermarket. Great pool. And Fabio was a great host and very kind and helpfull. We loved it!"

"Amazing hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly host. The hotel is just next to the Garda Lake. Literaly next to. You have like 30-50 meters to the small beach and the deck. There is a very nice swimming pool on the site. Also, the underground parking was available, high enough to fit a SUV. The centre of Malcesine is in a walking distance, you need to take a 30 minute walk and there is a nice path along the lake side. The apartment was comfortable and clean, air conditioning operating smoothly."

"The apartment was spacious and the view magnificent! There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance. It was very quiet and peaceful, a pretty garden with pool overlooking the lake. The balcony was large with front seat views of sunset. The owners extremely friendly and helpful.There’s also a small tourist bus that stops out the front and does a loop to Malcesine which is very practical if you want to wine and dine without a car"

"Unfortunately there wasn’t a remote control for the small TV so we could not use it and the fridge was quite loud to sleep next to. But this was minor to how good everything else was."

"It was situated right by the lake, it was clean, the bed was super comfortable as well! Fabio gave us some great recommendations around Malcesine. We absolutely loved swimming in the lake, going for walks, taking the ferry to Limone etc. The pool was great as well! Our favourite thing about the place however was the incredible view of the lake and the mountains - it was stunning. Really really good value!"

"Fabio rules! Thank you for taking such a good care of us! We really enjoyed the view from our balcony and from the pool area. There is a possibility to swim in the lake just in front of the hotel. Also the walk to the city was nice and not too long. There is also tourist bus with price 1,5€ that takes you to the city or back (stops right in front of the hotel). The restaurant next to the hotel was excellent."
