"Номер был как на фото. Все удобства в наличии. Кухня есть, холодильник, плита, кофемашина, тостер.Все в рабочем состоянии. Горячая вода без проблем. Белье и полотенца чистые. Все просто , но достаточно удобно."

"Очень тонкие стены. Слышимость отличная. Напротив апартаментов ресторан с очень громкой музыкой. Репертуар очень разнообразный, но громкий и долгий. Так что берите беруши, пригодиться. Но это не вина отеля, а данность."

"Overall, the place is more run down than it looks in the pictures, and is not worth the high rating on bookings. This is more of a 6 tgan and 8. Checkin process is lacking proactive instructions. I had to ask.for checking instructions and the info provided back was terse. In the end it was fine, but stressful. The AC is very nosy and works so so. Could not sleep with it on. The bathroom smells at sewer."

"The location is superb. Short walk to Ado Turística terminal and to the beach. Check out was easy. Feels safe."

"The whole apartment isn't sound proof next to the busy road and restaurants, you will feel like you are having a party in your room until midnight. The main door needs changing its wooden and panels came apart and letting mosquitos in. It doesn't help with rounds from the street either. The check on could be simplified, the host will text you in the morning l. confirm the time and still the room wasn't cleaned and ready. It would be great to have a kettle and just a bottle of water in the fridge. The kitchenette is very simply equipped."

"There was a bench/seat at the window of the apartment that serves as a meeting place for a couple of persons who were a bit to loud when I wanted peace and quiet."

"Only downside was the wifi in the room was pretty poor. Not able to download or stream. Not the end of the world if youre preparred but if you have important work/ meetings online to do then dont rely on the wifi. Otherwise perfect!"
