"На Ресепшене я контактировал с Двумя людьми, Мужчина (не помню имени) и Ивана. Персоонал помогает в вопросах, отзывчивый, дружелюбный. Расположение, это в зоне романтик, с видом на океан, хороший вид который почти ничего не перекрывает. Я не заметил что мой номер без кондиционера когда заказал, но все прекрасно, расположение номера такое что солнце не светит прямыми лучами и ты получаешь свежесть от океана и открытого окна. Вентиляторы щамечательно справляются."

"Я прожил в Вальярте в 4х местах 2 гостиницы, вилла и т.п. в данном сегменте цены, учитывая местные особенности. КАСА Анита ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНОЕ место. Знал бы раньшеоб этом месте, договорился бы 3 месяца назад снять на долгую тут студию номер. Небольшой минус что внизу оживленная трасса, но ночью шума нет, а днем он не сильный и не особо мешает."

"Didn't like the noise of the highway 200. TOO loud for us, stairs are OK, but tricky if you are unstable on your feet, stay away. If you can't do 75 stairs, plus that can be slippery when wet stay away. Needs a good cleaning around tile in bathrooms. Did smell intense cleaning products first day or two, did have a gecko in our sink. 😞 viva Mexico 🇲🇽"

"Close to the Romantic Zone. Great restaurants, beach and shopping. Beautiful views. Casa Anita has maintained the Mexican feel. Authentic accomodations. Clean."

"The amount of stairs. No elevators. Not conducive for anyone with walking issues. Beds are hard, could use upgrades."

"Very clean and perfectly adequate. View of ocean and of city was perfect. Easy to catch local buses. Short walk ( steep) to beach and boardwalk. Busy area felt safe. While I quite enjoy walking, and stairs don't bother me some people would find it challenging."

"Too many stairs. Put in an elevator. Manager/owner is isolated from the guests. She needs to connect with her customers. During the cartel attacks of the 22nd a meeting with the guests was important. Reassure the guests and explain the circumstances of the insecurity."
