"We stayed one night at Casona Maria on our way to Oaxaca, but we wish we'd stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. The valet parking was super easy and secure. Our room was clean, cool and spacious with a large four-post bed. The hotel is a short walk in to town, but there are restaurants and shops on the same street. We had an excellent breakfast the next morning. We will definitely stay again if we can!"

"This is a small boutique hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms open off a central indoor patio with stained glass and an open airy space. The room had a comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower, and lovely artisan touches in the decor. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and we loved the dining room, and returned for a light dinner one night. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk outside of the busy historical city center, which adds to the serenity. Bonus for us: La Luz Talavera is located directly behind the hotel on the adjacent street!"

"El desayuno estuvo perfecto, muy delicioso, a tres tiempos con un pan para iniciar y café, después un plato de fruta y terminando con el plato final, que en nuestro caso fueron chilaquiles y enchiladas, los cuales fueron platos full, con un muy buen servicio."

"Creo que solo la conexión de internet que fallaba un poco durante el día, típico de estancia en hoteles, pero en su mayoría no hubo algún inconveniente más grande."

"Todo fue excelente, la decoración y mobiliario de las habitaciones es artesanal y muy mexicano, sin caer en exageración o mal gusto, cuidan cada detalle, la regadera riquísima, la comida del restaurante deliciosa, excelente servicio en recepción y restaurante. Llegué a las 11pm y me recibieron sin ningún problema, con mucha amabilidad y disposición. Lo mejor fue el spa, excelente servicio, cálido, amable y respetuoso, recomiendo 100% a Diana. Finalmente, la boutique también tiene joyería artesanal muy linda y a muy buen precio. 100% regresaría cada que vaya a Puebla."

"Desde la entrada al hotel, percibes un olor muy agradable, instalaciones limpias, agradables, ambiente cálido y elevador qué funciona, aún y cuando el hotel el pequeño, pero, no le hace falta más espacio, me pareció perfecto en cuanto a instaciones y limpieza. La ducha de hidromasaje súper, el jacuzzi también. El restaurante muy bonito, se nota que cuidan la calidad de sus insumos, cuidan la presentación también y el sabor!!! Dios! Jajaja es espectacular!! Felicitaciones! El spa es agradable y su personal súper atento, amable, cálido. Muchas gracias por una grata experiencia también con ustedes chicas! Gran actitud de servicio, mil gracias!!"

"La chica de recepción, cero atenta, como de malas, cumpliendo con su trabajo si, pero sin actitud de servicio, pero bueno, solo es un momentito. Las almohadas, eran muchas pero no tienen variedad en cuanto a preferencias por almohadas más suaves o más firmes, les recomiendo dar variedad a eso. Fui para celebrar y pagué una cena en balcón qué al llegar me cambiaron a la terraza (sin siquiera consultarme) eso si quiero aclarar, fue el peor punto, quería algo especial, con mejor vista, súper íntimo, en fin, Mavis, lo siento, me vendiste algo que no me diste, para eso me hubiera ido de vuelta al restaurante la verdad, la cena especial era el punto fuerte de mi visita y teniendo mi contacto no me avisaste que me estabas negando lo que yo pagué y todavía cuando te mandé mensaje pensando que había sido un error logístico, me confirmaste que así lo decidiste tú por lluvia, cuando el servicio lo pagué yo y era mi decisión, no tuya. (no estaba lloviendo antes y no llovió) Súper el hotel, pero detalles significativos para los huéspedes, no deberían ser tomados a la ligera, justo los detalles deben ser su punto más fuerte frente a grandes cadenas."
