"The room was clean. The lobby staff was very respectful and courteous. The cleaning crew was very polite and kind. The IT maintenance guy was very helpful. The hotel has a good location and a great view. We stayed in the 9th floor and we had an incredible view. The included breakfast was good too."

"The TV was small and the antenna didn't work but we were able to watch netflix. The room smelled humid but it wasn't super bad. It changed when we turned the a/c on and opened the curtains."

"Overall it was horrible experience. This hotel suppose to have 5 stars which in real shouldn’t have even one. Rooms are very old, poor equipment, uncomfortable beds, mold in the bathroom, poor quality hygiene stuff such a shower gel. Gym very poorly equipment - just one machine and very limited options for breakfast."

"They advertised coffee machine in room....I just "assumed" they would also have coffee...My mistake! coffee machine but they did not provide coffee! Also the room had no remote controls for A/C or TV. Had to call desk."

"Old hotel, lack of maintenance, dirty sheets, ripped carpet, Really bad WIFI. TV doesn't allow for your own streaming apps to be signed in, wants you to open a RUKO account. Smoke alarms are chirping everywhere like there is a shortage of batteries. Every room I was given had something wrong. Overpriced room for the state of the hotel. Overpriced food at the breakfast Bistro and rooftop restaurant. The rooftop restaurants Arrachera made for a all night bowl sitting session the poor housekeeping girl had to clean up."
