"На ресепшен нам сразу выдали номер классом ниже и соответственно дешевле, но за ту же цену. Пришлось требовать поменять. Не могу сказать точно, это был обман или глупость персонала. Будьте бдительны - номеров «CLUB BEACH CASITA» только 8 и у них побольше и бассейн, и территория вокруг, и терраса"

"Our room was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. We loved our private pool and the views outside. Staff were friendly. Room service was good, too. It was great that they had buggies to drive from the lounge to the room die to the steep hill. It was also great to have a shuttle to the private beach, which had swimming pool options."

"The steep hill made it somewhat inconvenient, so we explored the grounds less opting for room service and private pool. We weren’t told where the free breakfast was left every morning, so it went to waste, with us ordering a paid breakfast. Would be good to also have a shuttle to the main beach or make the hotel’s beach club a bit more lively. However, overall it was great!"

"It was an amazing stay with a very beautiful room with very stunning views and the friendly hotel staff did a great job ensuring we had a lovely holiday, especially during their wonderful New Year's Event on December 31. During our stay we also experienced a 6.5 magnitude earthquake and although it was a scary experience, the hotel staff was outside our room in a matter of seconds to escort us safely and well organized to the safety point of the hotel."

"Unfortunately after the earthquake there were several magnitude 4 aftershocks after which we could see increasingly severe damage in the floor and walls on the outside terrace of our room after each aftershock. We called reception several times asking if they could come and assess the damage in our room, but they never came despite us asking for several days."

"Transportation up&down can be tricky sometimes also it can be difficult and expensive to go anywhere from Brisas..."
