"Отель находится среди леса, почти рядом с археологической зоной Ушмаль. Номер огромный, ванная комната тоже огромная. Отличный вид с балкона на джунгли. Есть бассейн и шезлонги. Завтрак вкусный ( не шведский стол ). Лифта нет, но персонал заносит багаж. Отель нам очень понравился, рекомендую."

"Location is perfect. The view of Uxmal in the distance from my room was really lovely. This is not a modern property but it does the job. Very helpful staff. I tried everything local on the menu and was pleasantly surprised"

"So friendly and helpful. Especially Ricardo on reception. He organised a return ride to the ruins of Ixmal for us on a Sunday at 120pesos total. We stored our bags in his office while we were at the ruins. Beautiful view from our junior suite. Calm, quiet ambience. Nice large pool and sun bathing area with shade. Spa and temazcal. AC worked well but there were no fans which we normally prefer where possible. Bar and restaurant had good service and everything was well prepared and cooked."

"Wifi was disastrous. We had none in Our room (304) so couldn’t even watch TV. Scant service in the restaurant t and some areas outside. 14th Feb dinner was good food but zero ambience. Not a candle, a flower, music….8 couples in a stark dining room wasn’t very romantic but, on the good side, it was not at all over commercialised or fake."

"Loved the beauty of the space. The view from the pool and from the rooftop of the jungle. Being able to walk to Uxmal Mayan archeological site. VERY friendly & helpful staff."

"The beds were way too small. 2 beds are only ok for 2 people. Misleading when they said we could fit 3 people in room with 2 beds. Beds were slightly bigger than a single bed. Definitely 2 beds NOT suitable for more than 2 people. Also the couples who had a room - said that had to sleep in 2 separate beds because the bed was too small. ONLY a king or king sized bed would be ok for a couple and for sharing. BE clearer on size of beds for #s of people in each room. We had to get an extra room as 3 women definitely couldn't share 1 room with 2 small beds so it cost us extra as a group."

"The site says they have a shuttle but they didn't. We had no method of transportation and they didn't offer a solution. Luckily I took the number of the taxi driver who dropped us off and made arrangements. The room was in disrepair, several switches were broken and there was no hot water."
