"Всем остались очень довольны. Эдди приветливый хозяин, когда надо было, всегда был на связи. Апартаменты находятся в прекрасном месте, до отличного пляжа идти не больше 10 минут. Рядом различные кафе. Сама квартира просторная и уютная. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Всё как и на предоставленных фотографиях. Также очень удобно, что есть парковка. Территория охраняемая. Также имеется достаточно большой бассейн. Всем рекомендую эти апартаменты и когда будем сами в Пуэрто-Рико, будем останавливаться здесь обязательно. Ещё раз спасибо большое,Эдди."

"Location was great. The host did a lot to accommodate most of my concerns, especially the idea of transferring cash to a stranger. I liked the layout and kitchen that permitted cooking most meals. The view of the road side gave a good indicator of happenings. Walking distance to good restaurants and super markets. I’d stay here again if the payment was through credit card and a tankless water heater was installed. There are beach chairs, rolling cart, and a cooler that he has provided."

"The cash transfer is unsettling. There isn’t any hot water in the place. Transferring cash to a stranger is too high of a risk. No wash cloths. The cable in the bedroom doesn’t have the service that the living room has. The patio door in living room doesn’t lock. The view isn’t from the beach side."

"Close to everything! We rented a car to explore the island but walked everywhere else. Beach is a 5 minute walk with easy access."

Puebla supermarket just 7 mins away very convenient. Area has many restaurants, the pool is tremendous that why I’ve stayed here 3 times, the beach is minutes away ( 2 blocks away) Eddie the owner very cooperative"

"Nous avons aimé la piscine et le stationnement gratuit. Proche de l'aéroport, bien sécurisé et proche de restaurants et magasins. Check in indépendant, nous sommes arrivés vers 1h30 du matin et nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour accéder à l'appartement. Le propriétaire a bien voulu que nous restions jusqu'à 15h au lieu de 11h comme demandé, ça nous a bien servi vu que notre vol retour a été retardé."

"Le canapé lit n'était vraiment pas confortable pour nos 2 grands garçons. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'ustensiles pour cuisiner surtout pour 4 personnes. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau pendant 2 jours suite à problème de tuyauterie cassé à San Juan mais c'était indépendant à la volonté du proprio. Toute la ville a été impactée. Emplacement assez bruyant."
