"The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious and it is so nice to have a serviced apartment. The location is very good, the train and buses are a 5 minute walk and you are surrounded by restaurants and a supermarket closeby and it is a very short walk to views over the harbour. I would highly recommend this hotel."

A very minor thing, the cups are so small for having a tea or coffee!

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

"The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday."

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

"Perfectly located on Glasgow's West End in walking distance to the city centre, the University of Glasgow and Kelvingrove Park just around the corner. Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, both just minutes away, with their many choices for food and drinks, are great for both lunch and dinner. The flat was in a quiet neighbourhood, and we enjoyed our stay so much."

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

"Спасибо большое! Я просто отдохнула душой в этих апартаментах. Виды просто сногсшибательные. Все было предусмотрено и прекрасно подготовлено. Чудесная ванная. Хороший интернет. Местоположение мне понравилось. Я не люблю шума и большого количества народу и это место просто очень мне подошло. Еще раз спасибо большое! Если я еще когда-нибудь окажусь в этих местах, то надеюсь поселиться именно в этих апартаментах."

"Хорошее расположение отеля, всё недалеко😊. Номер большой, за такие деньги, удобно. Курить можно на балконе это плюс. Всё чисто, акуратно. Если путешествие предстоит бюджетное, смело берите этот отель. И бонус-лифт! Когда гуляешь много , то по возвращении в номер лифт спасает👍"

"Персонал супер. Решили все вопросы с ранним засилением и позднем отезде. Апартоменты находиться в очень хорошем месте, все рядом. Ж/д, рынок и автовокзал близко."

Под апартоментами бар. Слегка было шумновато до полуночи, но это нам не помешало.

"Sean our host was super accomodating and made us feel comfortable in a home away from home over the Christmas period. Sean met us the airport, provided our daily breakfast and assisted us with bookings and provided his local knowledge through out stay. :-)...."

"Such a lovely, wise and amazing lady. She went above and beyond the expectations we had and helped us with everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable. The location of the apartment is amazing with a lovely view. I will 100% book the same place if I am in La Paz again"

"Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool. Hotel is set back from the road, so nice And quite. good secure parking. Two great beaches nearby. Next door to a good supermarket. Freddie and staff very helpful"

"Прекрасное расположение, в пешей доступности Домская площадь и другие достопримечательности. Тихая, просторная квартира. Бар на 1 этаже не слышно. Есть лифт. Были все необходимые мелочи на первое время. Напротив дома можно парковаться на 15 минут, оставив часы у лобового стекла, и занести вещи. Места быстро освобождаются."

В парковке отказали, сославшись на отсутствие мест, хотя двор был всегда полупустой. Предложили общественную парковку за 25€ в сутки. В 10 м от неё есть за 12€, ее нашли сами. Думаю такую информацию хорошо знать и предоставлять гостям. Плохо вымыта посуда, полотенца не свежие. Информацию в информационном буклете необходимо обновить.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.

"Расположение супер, собор рядом, колокола собора ночью нас не будили. В принципе все понравилось, только не было вайфай в номере, как объяснил персонал нужно было при бронировании номера указывать необходимость в вайфай. И девушка администратор была не очень дружелюбной. В остальном без нареканий."

Единственное что не понравилось это неудобная дорога до гостиницы,если допустим у вас нету машины вам прийдется обходить очень много

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"Теплый номер! При этом можно регулировать температуру в номере. При заезде все было очень удобно: код входной двери и код номера соответствовали! В номере кофемашина и микроволновая печь, что скрасило завтраки в номере."

"Очень понравился номер, это квартира с высокими потолками, в стиле ренессанс или классики. Очень уютная, чистая и теплая квартира, с возможностью приготовить, а также с парковкой сразу при отеле. Может быть шумно всю ночь, если спать с открытыми окнами. И это еще не совсем в прохожих местах отель стоит. Персонал дружелюбный, говорят на немецком. Рекомендую."
