Front office staff is ok, assisted in getting taxi for us, she used Google translator to show English answer to my queries as to why taxi is taking time to arrive. Good the taxi arrived within 10 minutes and it was a good taxi ride."

"We had requested for Basilica view, front view on booking.com but this hotel could not honor our request though we were staying for 5 nights. We were given 3rd floor room which is their highest floor, good. But the room 307 was in the corner and the single window view was internal view of other rooms of the hotel and the neighbor building and the sky... so that was not good for a 5 nights stay."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the sanctuary. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is excellent. There are lots of shops nearby. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away."

"Accessibility the basilica is super great. But it takes 20 minutes to go to the bus terminal on foot. The terrace is also good, even if it is a little cold season. The hot water in the shower room and a bidet are also good. Kind sraff and nice breakfast. Value for money!!"
