"У нас был номер 501 , джакузи меня очень удивило , огромнейшая и просторная ванная комната и комната для сна даже диван был , огромная терраса. Была приятно удивлена от квадратуры."
"Терраса не закрывается и это я узнала на второй день отдыха. То есть стоит вопрос безопасности. Одна дверь не закрывалась вообще , а вторая дверь сначала закрывалась, а потом перестала закрываться. Руководство должно обязательно решить этот вопрос."
"Чистый и ухоженный отель практически в центре Порту. Рядом несколько прокатных компаний по аренде авто. До реки и туристического центра пешком 30 минут. В отеле есть лифт и бесплатная парковка. Уборка каждый день. Кондиционер работал отлично."

"Around 25 min from main attractions 10 min by uber from main bus station There are some nice places to eat nearby, I recommend STORY | brunch & cocktails Big room, has a bath where you can relax after the long day There was a fridge and a kettle in the room with 2 cups and 2 glasses Room was cleaned everyday, towels changed, shampoo, shower gel and soap changed as well."

Suggestions: Please add Do Not Disturb" (DND) hangers, I think it is a good idea Bath sealing can be changed at some point but not critical, just a cosmetic view Do not take away soap and shower gel if it is not fully used. You can just put new ones in the bathroom, but no need to take away half empty shower gel bottles:)"

"Good localisation, close enough to the city centre, we walked everywhere. Quiet room thanks to hotel having only few rooms per floor and double windows in the room. There's no breakfast service but there's plenty of nice coffee shops offering breakfast nearby."
