"Огромный плюс - это близкое и очень удобное расположение к центру. Апартаменты достаточно чистые, минимальный набор необходимых вещей есть."
"Парковка во внутреннем дворе очень неудобная, мест на всех не хватает. Чтобы одна машина выехала со двора, три должно пропустить её. Из-за этого шумно. Так как апартаменты на первом этаже очень хорошая слышимость."

"The parking is little bit tricky because you can easily be blocked by other cars. There is no rhyme or reason to the parking, but it is doable. The apartment could be a little cleaner especially the kitchen. Also there is no air condition so you need to open the windows but they are right on the ground level, on the yard. So you dont have any privacy. Also we had some issues with the bed. The bed really need replacing because the eco-leather is pealing and falling to your clean bed."

"The parking situation is very awkward. There are people who actually live in the buildings from the same yard and they risk getting their cars blocked in by tourists. I was there during the week but was wondering if I had staid on the weekend, would my car be blocked in? I would not advertise the place as having parking. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked (we didn't really need it for just one night but other ppl might). The bed is huge but the mattress is not very comfortable. We couldn't close the bathroom door."
