"Очень крутой номер,есть абсолютно все удобства,ванна балкон,отличная кровать,кухня как небольшая квартира,даже посуда,с этим все отлично,приветливый персонал"

Единственное что не понравилось это неудобная дорога до гостиницы,если допустим у вас нету машины вам прийдется обходить очень много

На первом этаже нет кондиционера.

Под апартоментами бар. Слегка было шумновато до полуночи, но это нам не помешало.

The lounge/sitting area is too closed in and dark with no entertainment.

"Хочу поделиться отзывом, сначала я забронировала, а потом уже перед поездкой начиталась отрицательных отзывов, думала ну все будет плохо, но когда нам показали номер было очень все хорошо, да не новый вчерашний ремонт , но! Мне главное что было чисто, а было чисто никаких волос и тд, был гель для душа, мыло, и тд, полотенца чистые, да не только что с магазина, но и не потрепанные, постельное белье чистое, и самое главное номер для некурящих, был и запаха сигарет не было, это был важный момент для меня, тк один раз мы так попали что у меня аж в горле горечь стояла еще несколько дней, как будто я из пепла вышла…находиться было невозможно в этой квартире, а тут все прекрасно, мне очень понравилось, а моменты с ремонтом можно требовать если ты платишь в 3 раза больше, тогда да, а так цена/ качество я считаю очень хорошее, и главное расположение в центре! Поэтому чистота, комфорт и без пепельницы во рту, поэтому максимально высокий бал ☺️спасибо большое отдых прошел великолепно!"

В принципе все понравилось, только не было вайфай в номере, как объяснил персонал нужно было при бронировании номера указывать необходимость в вайфай. Надобы немного освежить ремонт

"Очень понравился номер, это квартира с высокими потолками, в стиле ренессанс или классики. Очень уютная, чистая и теплая квартира, с возможностью приготовить, а также с парковкой сразу при отеле. Может быть шумно всю ночь, если спать с открытыми окнами. И это еще не совсем в прохожих местах отель стоит. Персонал дружелюбный, говорят на немецком. Рекомендую."

Нет минусов

"Остров небольшой (800 на 400м). На острове 3 отеля, 3 магазина, 2 кафешки. дайв-клуб. У отеля собственный частный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и хорошим заходом в воду - даже тапочки не нужны. Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.

It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

Улучшить конечно нужно и можно (это совсем не дорого): 1. Апартаменты большие, красивые - это очень здорово! Кондиционер расположен в большом помещении, внутри которого отдельной комнатой располагается спальня, в которую охлаждённый воздух просто не попадает. Поэтому, если владельцы в спальню поставят переносной вентилятор, это бы принесло отдыхающему массу удовольствия. 2. Добавить к кухонному оснащению крышку для сковороды и маленький ножик. Это не замечания, а просто пожелания. Я в отеле останавливаюсь уже в третий раз. И всегда меня встречал очень доброжелательный администратор, который помогал мне во всем, подсказывал. Когда я уезжал, не успел с ним попрощаться, поблагодарить. Передайте ему, большое спасибо!!!

Nada negativo

"Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool. Hotel is set back from the road, so nice And quite. good secure parking. Two great beaches nearby. Next door to a good supermarket. Freddie and staff very helpful"

Hard to fault.

За 2.5 дня проживания, ни раз не поменяли полотенца и не делали уборку. Но за эти деньги в принципе всё хорошо 👍

The cooker didn't work

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

Needed more kitchen utensils

Были все необходимые мелочи на первое время. Напротив дома можно парковаться на 15 минут, оставив часы у лобового стекла, и занести вещи. Места быстро освобождаются."

В парковке отказали, сославшись на отсутствие мест, хотя двор был всегда полупустой. Предложили общественную парковку за 25€ в сутки. В 10 м от неё есть за 12€, ее нашли сами. Думаю такую информацию хорошо знать и предоставлять гостям. Плохо вымыта посуда, полотенца не свежие. Информацию в информационном буклете необходимо обновить.

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.
