"Очень чисто, нигде ни пылинки ни волосинки, идеально чистая ванная комната. Горячая вода из бойлера, бойлер большой, ждать пока нагреется вода не надо, напор воды отличный, слив в душе хороший. Простой ремонт, но чувствуется что все сделано с большой любовью. Есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Удобное расположение в самом центре старого города, но бары под окнами с закрытыми окнами ночью не слышно. Вход в здание и в апартаменты по пинкодам, есть возможность заехать самостоятельно поздней ночью. В ванной комнате были одноразовые мыло, гель для душа, шампунь. Очень благодарна такой заботе. Арендодатель был очень приятным в коммуникации, предоставил всю необходимую информацию четко, подробно и понятно. Велкам-сообщения с информацией о въезде написаны с большой любовью к людям."

"Старое здание, шумный лифт. Ночью не слышно баров под окнами , но слышно каждый раз когда вызывают лифт. Чувствительным лучше иметь при себе беруши."

"Good location in the old town, lots of restaurants nearby. Although the street was loud and bustling, we didn't hear anything from the bedroom. We appreciated that it was clean. Communication was via booking. Remote check-in was easy and convenient."

"The building itself is an ugly concrete block (most buildings on the street are original and beautiful) and the flat is on the 6th floor. Unfortunately when I arrived, the lift wasn't working. Later, the owner messaged me to say that it was out because of works further down the street, and that he could help me with luggage. I only had hand luggage, so managed a slightly strenuous hike upstairs. For some reason, there is urine on some of the communal steps although only on the lower floors. The lift is tiny and a bit scary-looking, so when it was back in action, I would walk down the 6 flights of stairs, then take the lift back up. As others have mentioned, there is loud music until c. 2am from the surrounding restaurants. If you close the door to the balcony and the bedroom window (that backs onto the balcony) it is unlikely to bother you. I don't recall any morning disturbances, so slept very well."

"The location was excellent, very central to most places for a short visit. Good walkable access to the bus stops from the airport. The room was nice and airy, very clean and uncomfortable. There was even a bottle of cold water prepared in the fridge."

"The outside of the building did look abit dodgey and the elevator wasnt very pleasant, but I guess this comes with old historical buildings. I opted walking the stairs (6F) and only used the elevator for my luggage. It could be quite noisy at night with the busy nightclubs at night, but the windows shut blocks out the sound though."

"Really well equipped. We're on a big trip, so we're delighted to see a washing machine! Coffee machine and equipped kitchen also made it a comfy stay. Right in the middle of Old Town, so really loud music in the street below.....but actually 2 lots if double glazing made this a really quiet flat. Slightly put off by the entrance and hall on first time, but this is (I assume) a typical communist block and the flat was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend."
