"The owners are very friendly - they even celebrated New Year night with us. The property is very green and beautiful, and there is parking available inside the yard. The room is very large and spacious, and you can go swimming right outside your door. Snorkeling is great, especially near the shipwreck. There is a kayak, which my husband used to go fishing. Laundry service is available upon request. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious bananas waiting for us in the room. I highly recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!"

"Отель располагается неподалеку от центра городка. Учитывая, что и сам остров и тем более городок совсем небольшие, то буквально в 5 минутной доступности от отеля и магазинчики и кафешки. Управляющая отелем Тима очень добродушно встретила, все объяснила. Помогла организовать тур по острову. Работник Реми также во всем помогал. Очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. При отеле есть массаж. Сам городок тоже очень маленький, красивый и приятный."

"The host -Dumisa was very friendly and even though we had issues at the boarder he waited for us to arrive very late at night and escorted us to the place. The house was spacious, clean and good value for money."

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"It was calm and on the beachfront. Checkin was smooth. Has multiple things to keep kids engaged, Some facilities paid and others free. Location also has small grocery store."

There was problem with Internet connection.

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"Läget är fantastiskt och kontakten med ägaren fungerade väldigt bra. Villan fungerar utmärkt för 4 personer med egna badrum och stort kök och vardagsrum. Läget på stranden inbjuder till många härliga bad och strandpromenader."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

"Had an Great stay at Casa Karibu. The house was clean and had amazing views. Daily house cleaning staff was a pleasure to be around. Planning activities was a breeze and Laurie was always a text away to assist."

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"Домик пришлось немного поискать, от Жабляка примерно 20 минут на машине (хозяин постоянно был на связи), но это потому, что мы приехали вечером, после заката. Место очень красивое и живописное. В целом очень комфортное пребывание (были 2 ночи), просто нам не очень повезло с погодой (было холодно и 2 дни были дожди). Кондиционер работает хорошо (включали на обогрев). Уютный и комфортный домик."

На 2-й день в бойлере не было горячей воды.

"Большая, просторная вилла, бассейн 1,8м. Все сделано внутри виллы добротно и качественно, будто делали не для аренды, а для полноценного проживания. Абсолютно адекватный менеджмент и прекрасный персонал."

Большое количество ступенек, нужно быть к этому готовыми. Заезд на виллу достаточно крутой. Вилла уже не новая, это, конечно, видно, но большого дискомфорта не доставляет.

"Повысили виллу до уровня выше со скидкой. Персонал очень внимательный, приветливый, сервис на высоком уровне. Завтраки оч вкусные и разнообразные. Даже крабов давали на завтрак."

Море- не возможно купаться так как очень мелко и грязно и глина на дне. Только в бассейне можно купаться. Вилла подуставшая. Букинг взял не отменную бронь, если бы не это мы бы не остались. Нас можно сказать вынудили )) В целом море в районе Дадунхай и Ялонг везде плохое. Нужно ехать ближе к Линшую.

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"Staff very nice and accommodating Public free laundry Excellent value rooms for antigua. Rooms were big with decent kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again."

Only downside is 2km distance into town. 30 min walk or uber for 30Q

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

"Beautiful colonial house in a great location for everything in Granada. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.Wonderful to have a pool and huge hammock to relax in. Great and friendly property manager."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement. Le logement est très propre, décoré avec soin et bien équipé. Il est idéal pour passer de bons moments entre amis ou en famille avec en prime la piscine et la vue incroyable sur la mer."

Attention à la température de la douche de la chambre parentale. Prévoir une deuxième télécommande pour la clim, nous avons dû la partager pour les deux chambres.

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. Amazingly wonderful villa, Lilou our villa host was also great and very helpful. Celine the property owner had left us a welcome platter of different French cheese’s which were delish and a bottle of red and white wine along with a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread."

The property was perfect inside and out and nothing to dislike.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.
