"Overall good stay at Palace Hotel Saigon, its location is awesome and cannot be faulted."
"Three main points that I didn't like or would point out. Breakfast was basic and wasn't very good at all (with the exception of the omelette you can get them to make for you). They have a bathtub shower setup - it sucks big time because it is not good at being either of them, I understand it is an older hotel so cannot be held against them. Third point, the gym sucks and the pool is closed an entire day to be cleaned? Surely you don't need to close it for the entire day to clean it."

"Fantastic location right in the middle of Nguyen Hue walking street and super close to Cafe Apartments (with awesome Michi Sushi on 7th floor). Close to major attractions, hop on/off buses and shopping malls. The hotel itself is fantastic- super clean and the family suite was spacious and comfortable (great air con too). The buffet breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice both Vietnamese and western. The chef at the egg and pho station was a delight and makes a great omelette and delicious pho - he was so helpful in showing me what to add to it to get the best experience - it was the best pho I had in Vietnam. All staff were so attentive and helpful all the time, nothing was too much trouble. This hotel makes you feel welcome and special. Highly recommended."
"The pool is great; however, after getting to 14th floor you have to go up two flights of stairs to reach the pool - not great if like me you have some mobility issues. But the pool and its view are worth it."
