"Прекрасное место! Очень удобное размещение для большой семьи. Можно снять разные домики в шаговой доступности друг от друга. Все в зелени и цветах, вокруг фруктовые деревья и очень ухоженно, выложены дорожки, около каждого домика свой гамак и зона отдыха в своем саду. В домиках очень уютно, каждый домик оформлен в своем стиле, очень аутентично и комфортно. В свите есть настоящий камин, который вы можете сами растопить и любоваться на огонь, добавляя в вашу жизнь романтизм. В обычных домиках тоже есть камины, но электрические и они тоже создают уют и тепло. В каждом домике есть ванна с джакузи. Есть красивая посуда, плита, микроволновка, холодильник, все самое необходимое. Вас встречает великолепный персонал, который всегда с вами на связи и подскажет и поможет в любое время . Мы обязательно туда еще вернемся. Спасибо большое!"

"I loved this place, but it was the host lady that really made the difference. She helped us basically every day with arranging taxis and transport all over the island, including coletivos back to the port right from the gate. She adds massive value to the stay."

No complaints at all! It's just a bit of a walk from the centre but very manageable

I was lost because of the GPS. If you need to get there just write down in Google maps "Hacienda Santo domingo" San Lucas Sacatepequez.

"Service was exceptionally good. We miscommunicated with our driver and he waited at the wrong town. Front desk lady patiently help call for cab drivers. Many cab drivers were not available last min but she never give up helping us to make calls. We love the place, serene n beautiful. We stayed in the balcony room n it’s spacious with a big hot spring tub. My kids had a great time making diy chocolate and feeding fishes at their pond."

Being low season, the property was not fully staffed, this reflected a little on the general upkeep of the common areas.

"Lovely cheap and basic hostel with a brilliant location, swim in the lake, go on the swing chairs over the water, chill in the hammocks.. The facilities are basic but adequate. Good parking for motorbikes. The food was good but limited options."

No free tea or coffee. You basically need your own transport to enjoy this property.

"La struttura è a dir poco favolosa, immersa nella natura. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti ma avrei fatto volentieri una settimana. L'appartamento molto grande, con un corridoio che affacciava sulla strada; dalla finestra della camera si vedeva il fiume. Ampio spazio per parcheggio ed inoltre l'host è una persona eccezionale che ha saputo anche consigliarci cosa visitare e dove poter mangiare bene e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative. Stupendo tutto"

Arrivando di sera, quando già il sole era calato, abbiamo trovato la strada - per raggiungere il posto - abbastanza buia. Nessun problema, basta esserne a conoscenza

"Приятный небольшой отель в хорошей локации, рядом есть множество кафе, магазинов, 5-7 минут пешком до озера. Хозяин помогает с вопросами передвижения, бронирования и пр. Комнаты чистые, отель выглядит новым. Есть возможность оставить часть вещей во время похода в горы, все в полнейшей сохранности. Лучшее сочетание цены/ качества. Рекомендую."

Вода не очень горячая, но помыться можно.

"Our stay at Steigenberger was very pleasant, the same day we started with a spa treatment - the Pharaoh bath, we got a special deal two for one. We had 3 massage therapists who took care of us💆‍♀️Higly recommending it! But let's get back to the beginning, we got welcomed by Ahmed, who gave us a beautiful room with a balcony facing the Nile. For many a dream come true.. You will be welcomed wih a refreshing cold hibiscus tea. The breakfast buffet there has a huge selection and in the evening you can also have a dinner buffet with a view to the Nile if you sit outside. There are two pools, gym, some stores with souvenirs around the hotel and even a swing to take a beautiful sunset picture with a view to the Nile. Thank you Ahmed for your assistance, we felt very welcome thanks to you. 💯☺️"

The surrounding area is poor, but don't be scared, the locals are welcoming and kind. Sometimes you have to be patient so order your breakfast early if you have an adventure day planned.

Кровать, но это индивидуально и не критично. Мне думается, что номер, где мы были размещены, лучше подходит для одного человека или для одного родителя с ребенком до 10-12 лет, для двоих взрослых тесновато.

"Most wonderful place! I feels like traveling back in time. The place has a big, well kept garden with great views over the mountains. The staff is outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The Manager was taking good care of me, showing me the surroundings a visited the tea factory with me. Very nice person! Also the cook was great. I will definately come back!"
