"Affordable price.. location.. view.. amazing reciption staff.. i think the breakfast boufe is the best in kuwait... the bed is so comfy.. chick in took only 1 minute with a very nice smile from the 2 ladies were in the front desk."

Не проводят уборку каждый день. Даже мусор не забирают. В отеле ничего нельзя купить: ни воды, ни каких-либо снеков.

"Прекрасное отношение персонала. Бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Очень отзывчивые, помогали во всем. Сам отель очень чистый, красивый и комфортный. Завтраки отличные!"

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

Paying was not straight forward, primarily because they play with exchange rates to make a little extra money so that even their staff can get confused.

"Приехали ночью раньше времени. Дали номер без проблем. Номер чистый ,кровать удобная. В отеле тихо . Расположение хорошее , аэропорт недалеко( 60 юаней на такси) , метро рядом. Завтрак хороший , все есть."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"отличная локация, тихое место, со своим пляжем, с шикарным видом из окна. есть парковка. отличные завтраки. есть удобный общественный транспорт в старый город, до которого ехать минут 10, можно было даже не двигать машину с парковки. Дубровник немного игрушечный, приятный город. очень красивое море, жалко, что погода не позволила в нем искупаться. самые приятные впечатления, мы с удовольствием вернемся сюда еще."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

Маленькая терраса, парковка бесплатная и близко. Завтрак отличный, выбор большой. Отличный персонал, вежливо и доступно все объясняют, Sanda замечательный сотрудник."

Отель близко к дороге, которая очень даже оживлена. Ночью с открытыми окнами не поспишь, шумо изоляция ужасная, с соседями живете одной семьей. Беруши решают вопрос. Несмотря на выше сказанное, время проведено отлично и вернусь еще.

Немного слишком эко-френдли. Чайник-то можно было бы в комнате поставить. Но его не было. Лифта тоже нет, это надо иметь в виду.

"Наверное, единственный отель на Соломоновых островах с таким сервисом. Работники доброжелательные. Территория большая, ухоженная, охраняемая. Окна номера выходили на океан. С вай-фай есть немного недоработка, можно присоединить по умолчанию только два устройства, но при обращении в администрацию, они добавляют количество устройств. При отеле есть ресторан и бар. Бар с видом на океан. Ресторан работает до поздна, можно никуда не выходить, если надо поесть. Видно, что работники отеля стараются."

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

3 дня из 6 вода была чуть теплая, при этом душ американского типа, из стены, льет прямо на голову, даже если не планировал ее мыть, крана нет. Розетки в номере только под американскую вилку, на ресепшене переходник еле выпросили, купить негде в здании, хотя есть торговый центр

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

Не понравилось,что за хороший кофе надо было платить отдельно. На завтраке ограниченный выбор блюд. К сожалению, купаться в лагуне было совсем не комфортно, очень мелко и на дне много чёрных молюсков,на которые было страшно наступать

Экскурсии, которые предложил отель, в агентствах у центрального причала стоили в 2 раза дешевле. Например, разница $400 против $200 за экскурсию на Северный Сеймур - очень велика.
