"I'm traveling since last fifteen years and stayed in many countries, places and met nice people around. This host is unique and she is super helpful when I asked for help like my son went sick amdnshe called the doctor for appointment and also she sent me a delivery of what I missed when I checked out the apartment. Coming to the facilities, it is a great place to stay with family and near the nature. We are fortunate that the walk was nice nearby and kitchen has everything you want to make. Overall, nearby highway and I strongly recommend."

As it was late in the season, we were the only guests. Sandra was very helpful and set our breakfast out for us before she had to go out to work. The breakfast was rather unappetising with cheap sliced bread & ham, plentiful, but unappealing.

"We wanted to try the glass igloos. Great experience because you can see the lake, even if it's covered in snow. There's a Zoo and Activity Park nearby, so we had plenty to do both days."

The main disadvantage of this accommodation is that you do not have a bathroom, only the toilet is shared, where there is a sink. The organic toilet in the igloo, I did not understand how an adult is supposed to fit in there. The breakfast has a very basic menu. I was also sorry that before ten o'clock they really warned us in the restaurant that it closes at ten, although of course I understand that.

"The host was adorable, very helpful and warm. The bed was comfortable, the area was very cute and peaceful. The dining room was cosy and well decorated. Last but not least, the breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh croissants!"

The shared bathroom could use a renovation (very basic shower with a shower head up on the wall) and the windows in the room were old and should be changed for better isolation. Also, you absolutely need a car as it's a bit far from the bus stop.

"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

"Awesome host. I couldn’t believe the photos from the previous reviews but it’s true, all the photos you see are truly about a 10 step walk from the bedrooms. Simple, but incredible place to stay. The host will make sure you’re well looked after, help you with the tours/ self guided tours nearby and is very helpful with transport knowledge. We loved this place! I will say, if you’re vegan or veggie it’s hard to find food nearby, so maybe ask the host in advance if you can cook some simple food. They let us cook noodles ❤️❤️"

"Потрясающий бедуинский кэмп без пафоса как в остальных кэмпах, где хотят продать всё дорого. Рядом ни души, тишина и спокойствие, вкусные завтраки и ужин приготовленные по традиционным рецептам, при желании вас могут встретить на трассе у заправки и привезти на место. В кэмпе говорят на английском, арабском и русских языках, что было очень важно для меня, мне любезно провели экскурсию по окрестностям и много рассказали о самой жизни в Иордании и бедуинов. Конечно же здесь есть туалет, душ и электричество."

"Great location. Room has a nice view of the city. Easy self check-in process which they explain via videos they send on whatsapp. Communication with the staff via whatsapp was also easy and fast."

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)

Неудобно разнесены санузлы и номера. Необходимо ходить через коридор, но это особенности устройства дома. Душновато без кондиционера.

"Завтрак прекрасный. Хороший выбор. В одноместном приятном номере был прекрасный вид из окна и свежий воздух. В 2024 году номер был тоже хорош, но в открытую форточку часто попадали запахи из кухни. И на следующий год администраторы предоставили лучший номер."

Кроме крючков-вешалок в коридоре одноместного номера не было других приспособлений для просушки полотенец. В ванной комнате с душем был ещё один крючок, но он был плохо размещён. ( Крючка для одежды в ванной не было.) Полотенце, если повесить его там, касалось бачка унитаза. Крючок был неудобный. Полотенце могло упасть в унитаз, если его задеть. Приходилось сушить полотенца на крючках в прихожей-коридое. Тогда не хватало крючков для одежды. Если решить эту проблему, то номер вполне комфортен для одного человека.
