"Очень приветливый персонал. Попросила сделать завтрак раньше, они сделали. Конечно, завтрак вкусным не назовешь, но всё равно приятно."

Очень ветрено, и крыша продувается ветром, очень шумно ночью. Также если вы не на машине, на общественном транспорте трудно добраться до парка Малолоджа. На велосипеде или машине - нет проблем. Но за ту же стоимость проще арендовать огромный комфортный дом в самом парке, где работает кафе. Также была проблема с горячей водой в душе.

"Suzy and the other lovely staff spoke good English, helped us book a river cruise and provided other very useful information during our stay. The pricing was very fair, and the location is much better than staying in Yangshuo near West Street. The Chinese breakfast was 25 RMB per person and tasted great, and came with freshly squeezed, sweet tangerine juice! We didn't find it until the last day but there was a water dispenser on the ground floor."

There was a bit of noise from construction/repairs and tree maintenance, but it was only during the day so we mostly missed it, and it was temporary anyway.

"Our stay at Steigenberger was very pleasant, the same day we started with a spa treatment - the Pharaoh bath, we got a special deal two for one. We had 3 massage therapists who took care of us💆‍♀️Higly recommending it! But let's get back to the beginning, we got welcomed by Ahmed, who gave us a beautiful room with a balcony facing the Nile. For many a dream come true.. You will be welcomed wih a refreshing cold hibiscus tea. The breakfast buffet there has a huge selection and in the evening you can also have a dinner buffet with a view to the Nile if you sit outside. There are two pools, gym, some stores with souvenirs around the hotel and even a swing to take a beautiful sunset picture with a view to the Nile. Thank you Ahmed for your assistance, we felt very welcome thanks to you. 💯☺️"

The surrounding area is poor, but don't be scared, the locals are welcoming and kind. Sometimes you have to be patient so order your breakfast early if you have an adventure day planned.

"Good place to stay during biking trips. Close to nature, very quiet place. It is far away from shops and restaurants, but host is happy to help you with eatables and drinks."

В нашем распоряжении были три большие комнаты, функциональная кухня и просторный санузел. Очень чисто. Удобные кровати. Ульяна замечательная хозяйка, дружелюбная и гостеприимная."

"Fabrice was an awesome host and staying at the house felt very authentic. As for all of Raiatea, it is important to know that you should rent a car as otherwise you would not be able to really enjoy the island. Since the house does not have walls or air conditioning, of course, there are mosquitoes and it can get very hot during the day. But this is clearly laid out in the description of the accommodation and I would consider this being part of the experience. There are multiple fans in the house. Make sure to bring and put insect repellent."

The army of roosters in the neighborhood holding their nightly crowing competition from 1 am to 5 am :-) Earplugs or noise canceling headphones are highly recommended.

"Приятный небольшой отель в хорошей локации, рядом есть множество кафе, магазинов, 5-7 минут пешком до озера. Хозяин помогает с вопросами передвижения, бронирования и пр. Комнаты чистые, отель выглядит новым. Есть возможность оставить часть вещей во время похода в горы, все в полнейшей сохранности. Лучшее сочетание цены/ качества. Рекомендую."

Вода не очень горячая, но помыться можно.

Being low season, the property was not fully staffed, this reflected a little on the general upkeep of the common areas.

"The hosts, the place itself with a dog Gigi, and the surroundings are just great and it feels very peaceful. We appreciated kind hospitality, local foods, and delicious homemade breakfasts. On top of that, you can taste their own wines and spirits. Rooms were spacious and the A.C. worked incredibly. If you are looking for a calm place to unwind I highly recommend to try this. Thank you, we will most likely be back!"

"На обратном пути мы опять остановились в этом месте. И опять все было супер. Вкусная еда, чистые номера, отличные матрасы. Очень живописном место. Николай угостил нас домашним великолепны вином, получше всяких марочных. Думаю что мы теперь будем останавливаться только там, когда будем проезжать Болгарию."
