"Отличный гостевой дом с прекрасными радушными хозяевами. Лучшее место, где мы останавливались в Мьянме. Особенно понравились завтраки, всё очень вкусно и можно наесться на весь день! А ещё здесь же можно забронировать эскурсию на лодке по озеру и билеты на автобус до Мандаля или Багана. В общем всё понравилось, рекомендую!"

"Прежде всего понравилось расположение, в центре всех событий. Заселили быстро, без вопросов раньше времени заселения. В номере ждала бутылка воды и рулон туалетной бумаги. Все необходимое для пребывания было, всё работало. Дружелюбный персонал."

Были не готовы к тому, что за 6 дней пребывания не было ни одной уборки. Приходилось самим выносить мусор и организовывать мусорные пакеты. Когда закончилась туалетная бумага, пришлось идти на рецепшион, но без вопросов дали. И как то странно висит телевизор в коридоре, а не в зоне спальни. Но мы его все равно не смотрели, так что ок.

"Хостел в самом центре столицы Боливии- Ла Пас. Останавливайся в этом хостеле уже второй раз первый раз было 10 лет назад но за это время ничего не изменилось! Зная что у большинства номеров отеля нет окон наружу ( большинство окон номеров выходит во внутренний дворик) , выбрали самый дорогой вариант имеющий окна,- это апартамент с двумя спальнями кухней и гостиной. Мы назвали апартамент «роскошная каморка папы Карло», по аналогии с «Буратино» потому, что дверь в апартамент располагается под лестницей и высотой чуть больше полутора метров, а за ней прямо чудный мир ;) Очень комфортный вариант размещения для компании, расположены в самом центре города на улице зонтиков."

Поскольку отель расположен в центре города а трафик в Ла пас бывает просто нереальный, то нужно заранее планировать что вы потратите от аэропорта не меньше часа!

House keeping could be better. In 6 days stay we got only one cleaning, so we lived with full bins of trash, ashtrays etc all the time. The bbq zone was pretty much occupied with the events, wich ruined our plans to grill the time we wanted.

As it was late in the season, we were the only guests. Sandra was very helpful and set our breakfast out for us before she had to go out to work. The breakfast was rather unappetising with cheap sliced bread & ham, plentiful, but unappealing.

It's a bit far from the beach and from the parties at night (but at least you can explore the whole village)

Неудобно разнесены санузлы и номера. Необходимо ходить через коридор, но это особенности устройства дома. Душновато без кондиционера.

Would have liked a bar fridge in room bit of a pain going to communal kitchen for drinks.

"The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

Нет естественного освещения в номерах, но это всё из-за особенностей старинного здания, где расположены номера.

"The place is well located, very close to the CBD. The room was very clean, netflix and wifi were actually working very well."

"We wanted to try the glass igloos. Great experience because you can see the lake, even if it's covered in snow. There's a Zoo and Activity Park nearby, so we had plenty to do both days."

The main disadvantage of this accommodation is that you do not have a bathroom, only the toilet is shared, where there is a sink. The organic toilet in the igloo, I did not understand how an adult is supposed to fit in there. The breakfast has a very basic menu. I was also sorry that before ten o'clock they really warned us in the restaurant that it closes at ten, although of course I understand that.

"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.

"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

"Large, clean and modern room with a hairdryer and enough plugs. Parking available. Nice breakfast with home-made yogurt and jams. Internet was satisfactory. The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.
