"This was a great house with all the facilities we needed for a 5 night stay. We were a group of 9 which is probably the maximum this house can take, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was fine for our shorter trip. Everything worked really well and the hotel this villa is connected to had great facilities like a sauna and hottib which were free to use. The host was great, the location for this villa is slightly incorrect on this site as it was a bit further out than we expected but the host was helpful in getting us transport everymoring to the ski centers."

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"Lovely, comfortable, big appartment and view over Texel Airfield / Skydive Drop-Zone. We chose it as our son skydives and we had family doing tandems. Its a good base for the whole island and an interesting place to be but if you want to walk to restaurants in the evening better to be in De Koog or Den Burg. For our purpose it was great. Our skydiver even managed to get a early jump in before the Texel Half Marathon he was running! The price is right for the quality of appartment but Texel is generally dear."

There was a window open in the bathroom which we had not spotted and the appartment was full of mosquitos which was odd given we are end of September. The freezer door was jammed with ice.

Приятной неожиданностью были балкон и большой телевизор. Понравилась большая кухонная зона, где есть всё необходимое! Также была возможность бесплатно постирать вещи, а также был кулер с водой."

Немного далеко от пляжа.

"Отличное место для проживания, жаль, что мы были здесь всего одну ночь, идеально, чтобы остаться на все 5-6 дней и ездить отсюда по всем красивым местам. В доме все новое и есть все необходимое (духовка и хорошая кофемашина). Очень часто в апартаментах на фарерских островах плохое оборудование (желтые изнутри чайники и старое постельное белье, например), но здесь все новое. Вид на водопад."

"A well equipped house in a very good location to explore Spa and surrounding areas. The hosts were very helpful with suggestions for dog friendly swimming in the area."

The road outside the house can be a little noisy but not too bad at night.

"Fußläufig in der Altstadt. Sehr gut und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeberin Julia, ihren Mann hatten wir nicht kennengelernt, ist freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Das offene Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich müssen gut geheizt werden, weil die warme Luft nach oben steigt.

La contrapartida a las buenas vistas es subir arriba. Es necesario coche (lo teníamos). El único “pero” era la extraña dependencia de generadores eléctricos para tener agua corriente dentro de casa. Tras la tormenta hubo que usar generador y andar cambiando bombonas de gas (pero el duelo, Steve, se encargó de ello)

"Nos hicieron un upgrade a Villa Marina, un apartamento situado en la colina que domina Red Hook. Las vistas son soberbias; buen equipamiento, piscina “cuasi-privada”. Buena atención del dueño en el paso de la tormenta tropical Ernesto y posteriores consecuencias (leves). Recomendable"

La contrapartida a las buenas vistas es subir arriba. Es necesario coche (lo teníamos). El único “pero” era la extraña dependencia de generadores eléctricos para tener agua corriente dentro de casa. Tras la tormenta hubo que usar generador y andar cambiando bombonas de gas (pero el duelo, Steve, se encargó de ello)

"Удобное местоположение: до многих хайкинговых троп не больше получаса. Домики простые и маленькие, но все необходимое есть: при заселении даже был пакет с бытовой химией. Очень не хватало посудомойки, но обойтись можно. Очень много семей с детьми: можно выпустить ребенка во двор и он точно найдет себе компанию. Много активностей на территории парка: мини гольф, детские площадки, батут, баскетбол, теннис и открытый бассейн. Очень приятный бонус в виде ежедневных трех часов в ближайшем крытом бассейном комплексе ( будьте внимательны: сауны за доп плату, но в самом бассейне есть хамам, его посещение бесплатно)."

Как и в большинстве ваканси парков: маленькие комнаты, мало шкафов и тумбочек для размещения вещей

"I lived the location, hot tub was really hot and bubbly, lived the lay out of the house."

The bed was really hard. There were just a few things that needed fixing around the place. If these were resolved I would give it 10/10.

"It was wonderful. Ximena our host was just the best. We loved the pool and the generous outside loungers and seating areas. It being March and the crazy hot season, the pool water was like bath water! The location was fantastic. Everything was beautifully clean. It was lovely to have our own kitchen, which was generously stocked up before our arrival. There was nothing to fault. We loved our stay here."

"The location is beautiful as there is a view on both the mountains and the sea. It is not walking distance to Jiufen which is a good thing because it's too busy there and I rather drive a few minutes for a visit and then back to some peace and quiet. The couple that owns and runs the hotel are very nice and helpful. We loved the traditional Chinese breakfast sitting outside the hotel looking at this amazing view"

Nothing really. I was able to navigate the area easily and the property itself was very comfortable with lots of space.

"It was so well equipped for our family. The small pool was great for my 3 year old. We had our own private entrance, patio and outdoor sitting area. It felt safe and provided a restful place for us to call home for 5 days. Many beaches nearby, one within walking distance."

There are tons of mosquitos and tiny ants. This was observed elsewhere on the island that we stayed too and is not particular of this property. Be prepared with your own insect repellent.

Windows are not very soundproof, so for me, sleeping was difficult, but for a few nights, stay worth using ear plugs as the location is great.

"We loved the peace and natural ambiance. It was a lovely stay. There's a store just down the hill and also a lady that does tortillas also down the hill across from the church."

The shower was challenging with the hot water. Maybe a heads up to someone who is not from there that it it's cold!!! We came from surf city, the temperature difference was felt lol. I did tell my family, but they listen better to others than me jiji But it was a great place nonetheless.

Not the best area in Paternoster, although to be fair within walking distance of everything, the exterior gates were hard work, they need to be fixed / maintained properly, chunky thick wine glasses not really what you want to drink quality wine out of
