"Small hotel of 10 rooms, with large rooms (includes a small fridge), comfortable bed, nice local shower products and very quiet as I did not hear at all the other rooms despite all the rooms being in the same building. The heated swimming pool is a great feature, breakfast outside in the sun by the swimming pool and diners inside by the fire, as it was a bit chilly in the evenings, were really nice. The food was excellent too. Finally the staff was very kind and efficient. There are several cats on the property - to be mentioned for those who it could be an issue. Also, the property did not serve any alcohol."

Maybe a bit cold, but there was a fireplace that solved the situation mostly.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

Hard to find. In need of renovation but it seems like it's underway.

"Everything is perfect, the villas are so new and well equipped and decorated. Sofia - Cousine Chef - and Marie - our main contact - were incredible since the begging. They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"

"Большая, просторная вилла, бассейн 1,8м. Все сделано внутри виллы добротно и качественно, будто делали не для аренды, а для полноценного проживания. Абсолютно адекватный менеджмент и прекрасный персонал."

Большое количество ступенек, нужно быть к этому готовыми. Заезд на виллу достаточно крутой. Вилла уже не новая, это, конечно, видно, но большого дискомфорта не доставляет.

The room with the twin beds has a little mold smell and it's in the back of the villa my girls didn't want to sleep there

"The house is beautiful and spacious. We especially liked the private swimming pool and back patio with hammocks."

It would have been nice to be a little closer to the beach. It was a short drive, but a long walk.

"The villa is clean & spacious. Ilse was very accommodating, she reached out to me just right after my booking was confirmed. She was very attentive with all my queries. My family & friends enjoyed our stay. The villa is huge, and so many sitting areas where you can bond with friends. We look forward of staying there again."

"Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)"

Small maintenance issues required but clean and spacious.

"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

"The Uncle and Aunty were very helpful and friendly. Upon receiving they have explained everything in clear words. Everything is written with clear instruction in the house so you don't have any issues using any stuff. It was a wonderful experience...perfect place for a family to stay."

There was nothing to be dislike there

При ясной погоде ночью можно любоваться звездным небом, в городе такой звёздной красоты не увидеть из-за уличного освещения. ——- Quiet picturesque place, beautiful view from every window, 12 km from the center of Zlatibor. If the weather is clear at night, you can admire the starry sky, in the city you cannot see such starry beauty because of the street lighting."

In reality, the size of the rooms is slightly smaller than they look in the photos. But this does not reduce the overall satisfaction of living.
