"Нам понравился персонал, разнообразие питания в многочисленных ресторанах, большой номер, отличный gym. Особенно хочется выделить повара ADRIANA, которая одновременно готовила омлеты и яичницу на 4 сковородах и на плите. Руководство MARIOTT необходимо ее отметить и премировать."

"Мало лежаков около бассейна. С раннего утра гости еще перед завтраком занимают лежаки полотенцами. К 11 утра найти свободный лежак это проблема. Выглядит как будто мы приехали в отель Турции."

Food /restaurant options great - mostly really good too Loved having the different pool options - you have to go down early to get your preferred location ... people save with towels then go do things all day Lots of things to do for families/groups to party. City buses cheap but take the time to learn which to take for what because they are busy and getting caught on a full bus without air conditioning can be a rough trip. Room itself was great in size & comfort"

"Very noisy-not relaxing at all. Pool activity microphone way too loud, hallway noise very loud, and worst is the construction of new hotel beside!! Meant everything else needed to be louder and totally destroys what I imagine was a beautiful view! Location - not an enjoyable/ walkable area; so much construction in the whole area of this part of the hotel zone was very disappointing. I couldn't participate in any of the night shows at the hotel (they looked cool!) because of the constant flow of fake smoke they used with every show - so there was a constant haze and incense odor every night ...one night it consumed the whole reception and bar area."

"Our family spent wonderfull time in Royal Solaris Cancun. The room was very clean and spacious. All the staff was very nice and helpfull. The quality and variety of food was very good. I would like to say special thanks to Gabriela (dinner manager) who help us to manage gluten free food for our daughter during our stay, but also other staff was very helpfull during breakfast and lunch. We didnt have any issue with food. We really appreciate that our stay was safe for our daughter. Many thanks, we recommend for trip to Cancun."

"We were not able to have dinner in San Marco restaurant during our stay. The reservesiat made by reception at our check in at 21.00 was not feasible for us as we were with 7 years old child. Also reservtions for other days with the app were also not possible, the capacity seems to be very low. The preparation of gluten free food last sometimes too long (one dinner almost 1 hour) but we understand they need to prepare it separetelly."
