"Хороший отель с отличными завтраками, неплохой инфраструктурой, но из-за большого количества гостей, были некоторые нюансы по работе сервиса. Про наш багаж забыли при заселении и доставили позже, когда пришлось придти снова на ресепшн, но это мелочи. Заказ в ресторане на первом этаже пришлось ждать долго + официант что-то напутал с чеком и при выселении пришлось разбираться с суммой в чеке. Хочется, чтобы персонал был еще внимательнее к каждому гостю."

"The resident club was exceptional - all meals included were fresh and offered a great selection of local cuisine and other. The rooms did look exactly as the photos represented (which is rare), unfortunately the tennis court is no longer apart of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to stay in Ho Chi Ming. Thank. you"

"Beautiful hotel with modern facilities. Wonderful staffs especially in the Club Lounge area. Breakfast, lunch and dinner basically sorted without the need to go outside looking for foods and drinks (alcohol included). We had buffet breakfast downstairs during the Tet festival as Club Lounge was short of staffs and there were plenty of Vietnamese, Asian and Westerners food varieties."
